Your video helped me a lot but there have been a mistake,it's not migration time, it's relative mobility (which is migration of protein from the lane /migration of tracking dye), that's why you used the unit 'cm'
Can I use the picture of SDS page from my phone to analyze with this method? How can I convert the color from blue to black and white like on your video?
hey great video thankyou!, i would like to ask what if in the hairpin result my delta G is -0.64 and -0.47 and my Tm is 33.5 and 32.8 is it okay? will there be any risk of haiprin forming?
"Thank you for the video. I have a straightforward math question that's been confusing me. My equation is negative: 𝑦=1953𝑥−0.0978. What steps should I take with this equation? Do I add the intercept value and divide it by the slope value
Me not expressing my gratitude would be wrong! I really appreciate this video. So simple, so quick and so straight forward. I've been trying to figure this out for the past three days and yet, you've helped me in less than 5min. Really appreciate it bro!!🙏 Keep it up👌
Hello sir.. I am trying to make primer for plant sample. Itried to do as shown in the video but it is showing error like. The primer specificity can not be determined as sequences for the selected organism are not present in selected database: refseq_mrna please help me with this.
Holy macaroni DON'T PUT LOUD BACKGROUND MUSIC OVER TUTORIAL VIDEOS. These are ment to convey a concept. NOT ENTERTAIN FFS. Needlessly distracting 🤦♂️🙄
Hello Bio-Ressource ! Great video. I am a Canadian applied microbiologist, and as such I am interested in the development of a composting process for the management of (new and unusual) solid organic-based materials ! First: Such "material" would be heterogenous in nature. Imagine the following constituants: i) cellulose paper as a support ; ii) micro layers of organic-based ingredients adhering to the support ; iii) an hydrogel as another component ; and iv) two layes of PLA-film that would "warp" them all ! Typically, a "club sandwich" ! In the laboratory, I am simulating the composting process of solid organic matters using 6-L bioreactors containing 1.2 kg of active compost, with forced air to insure aerobic conditions over 3 months of incubation at 58 oC (that simulate the thermophilic phase). Finally, 100 g of organic based material are buried into that active compost, 50% water content; thus 100 g d.w. material into 600 g d.w. compost. Second: Can you suggest any videos (of yours or others) and/or bioengineering papers that would describe a comprehensive degradation model based on the summation of the degradation rates of the different "ingredients"? Typically, I am using this video to propose an hypothesis to predict the duration of degradation process, but it is about enzyme kinetics... ru-vid.com?search_query=kinetic+degradation+of+solid+substrate I am looking for something similar, but for a solid substrate made of numerous ingredients. As you seems to be familiar with SSF, I was wondering if you can help? I would love reading your suggestions ! You can reply to me on my gmail : rho.denis29@gmail.com
