Thank you. I was given some as a gift. Do you just use normal brushes and does it wash out ok. Does the colour rinse from a palette or do you keep palette and brushes esp for these inks and I’d heard they are very staining on your hands?
This is an amazing and informative review, thank you! Is the pipette opening the same size in both? I like drawing lines directly with the Ecoline pipette as you can get quite a nice range of thin to thick lines.

I have been using them since 2012 and the container used to be cube like glass without a peppete lid. That changed to the current container a little after they started making the brushpens. The quality is supposed to be the same. I haven't tried the new ones yet. They are very consistent and reactiavate easily with water. I have been using them in fountain pens as well since 2014. Never had an issue even after it fully dried in the pen. I wouldnt do it in an expensive pen but there are plenty of proper fountain pen inks I also wouldnt risk in an expensive pen.
Beautiful bunny! Love the text too. I use it all the time, and micron is superior in every way for lettering. I think you did a great thing adding that sap green background Sarah. I was nervous with you on that part😂 but it absolutely pulled it together. Thank you so much for doing this tutorial. Blessings to you.
This is a neat video, but it's not an apples-to-apples comparison. Dr. Ph Martin's Radiant (also dye based) would be better to put up against the Ecoline instead of putting the Hydrus (pigment based) up against them. Unless, of course, the objective is to show the difference between dye-based watercolors and pigment-based ones. I find they're quite different.

Beautiful spring painting! When you mentioned adding more colors of spring, I immediately looked at all of the darling script tulips, hearts, etc. and thought those would be a good way to add more color as well. Thank you for sharing this process. The outcome is just beautiful! 🌸💚

I enjoyed the Micron pen and If you want to do lettering in the future you might look at Posca's or Karin Marker Pens with the pigment inks, I have had good success with them.
