Honestly, whenever i order kfc whether its instore, drive through or via app. THEY ALWAYS MISS HALF THE ORDER! I started complaining as i was paying a lot just to get half my order. When i mean half i mean it. Like, ill get 10pc hot wing bucket meal with a tango, gravy, sweetcorn and extra med fries. Ill get 7 hot wings, one out of two med fries, no sweetcorn or gravy. Everytime i do it, they give me a full free meal instead of just giving me the extra, they know me as i order from them alot so they just give me a full meal instead of a refund. My mum does the same too. I hated doing it. The kfc in my areas are geniunely bad 🙃😭 I ordered starbucks and the deliveroo driver spilled my coffee 🙃. I was livid. It dripped all over my parents wood floor... lets just say they werent happy 🙃😭
