Today is my 70th birthday and I'm still kicking! It's almost impossible to find anyone, old or young, to kick with. I started kicking at 34 in the mid 80's. I play pickleball now, but always ready to kick. I have 3-4 in the car just in case!

Nice flow. I am just coming off an injury and haven't worked out in 6 weeks. This is great for clearing out the cobwebs in my joints and muscles. Thanks for sharing. I am subscribed and will definately be doing more of your workouts.

Hi 👋 wanna say thank you for the work out! I’m on a very very beginner level and I can make only the first round so far. But I’m really inspired and i feel that my whole body works through it and it’s really useful for my mobility and strength 👏🏻 I literally tried lots and lots of workouts on RU-vid but your stuff is the most balanced understandable clear and brings good vibes ❤😍👏🏻 thank you and I wish you all the luck in your work 🎉

Excellent tutorial ✅. Explanations are precise and apt 💯. This one video shows a lot of flexible movements of our body, in such a fashion that it looks remarkably easy and performable. At 75, I'm inspired and motivated enough to do all of those shown here. I thought I'm flexible enough, but some of it seems challenging. I promise you that I will achieve all those gradually, but sooner.
