This podcast was super entertaining and insightful so I decided to share a few clips that I found interesting along with my thoughts on what was discussed.
I appreciate how he incorporates different styles of training like primal movement, gymnastics, and other forms of movement to supplement the strength and speed training that is a given in training specific to NFL athletes.
I believe Christian is ahead of the game when it comes to offseason training and this info can be applied to general fitness as well.
