I fall into the “not a gamer” category, and I have never loved a video game as much as I love Cozy Grove and Camp Spirit. Thanks for this insight into the creative team! ❤
I played the first game slowly over a year and enjoyed taking the slow road with great art and music and having characters and stories. I had my bee outfit and Ted just liking rocks, feeding all my animals before starting on the jobs for the day, and once I finished I missed it. Camp spirit is going to be played slowly too. I’m gonna drag it out as long as I can so I can spend as much time within the game as possible!
This is a great introduction to the team behind the scenes. Their passion can be felt through experiencing the game, but it's also really nice to hear them express it more directly too. I've been playing the original Cozy Grove off and on since 2021 on PC and Switch, and now I feel even better about embracing it. As a gamer for more than 35 years now (yeesh 😅), it's so refreshing and amazing to see the way the medium has shifted and grown over time. The influx of a vast diversity of genres, especially cozy inclusive ones, has been wonderful to witness. It's more important now than ever to continue to support small teams making interactive art like this.
@@ctrlaltdeviant absolutely, it's great to see other proud indie dev teams get the love and recognition they deserve, so I think the folks behind Cozy Grove definitely deserved theirs too. Thank you for watching and for playing!
Loved this - I’ve played since it started, and am playing Camp Spirit now! I haven’t gotten too much into the community aspect, but love that it’s there. It was nice getting to hear from the actual humans behind the game! Thanks for making this!
I also have the Trigkey S5 and just replacing the thermal paste (coincidentally, Arctic MX 5) brought temp. down. I hear the fan less often now. I also had to break apart the m.2 drive that came with it because the screw for the m.2 slot had a stripped head. Then I used the rubber band trick to remove the screw. However, I would still recommend these mini PCs. They are great if used for general purposes and there is someone in your social network for tech support.
I’m from a smaller town in Oregon and always wanted to visit Arcadia, ever since seeing the Goonies and playing through Life is Strange. It’s really cool seeing media that takes place in my home state. Maybe I’ll get to visit there someday, but in the mean time I have your videos so thank you ✨
you can try with an external GPU adapter. You would need to move the system from the M.2 drive to either an SSD (if you have slot) or to an external M.2/USB-C adapter. You would need the M.2 PCI-e slot for the GPU connection. Also need a PSU for the GPU.
I have not tried but theoretically yes, using an adapter to turn the M.2 NVMe slot into a regular PCIe x4 slot. They are commercially available and work with many laptops which this is basically one without a screen.
Mine looked like they put a drop of the liquid metal thermal paste on it, fake chinese edition. The cpu fan was the hardest part to take off because it STUCK and i didn't want to break it
The various reactions poor BDubs went through during that interaction between Grian Scar and him, culminating in that sound at 2:58 was HI-LA-RI-OUS!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
I find 2 major mistakes. First, never use a screwdriver to remove trim pieces and second, disconnect your battery before messing with any electronics because you could fry your ECU if you accidentally make a mistake. I don't recommend you do it his way. I do agree with the process he used to get to the guages in order to remove.
I hadn't considered bluestacks as an option so I'm glad this video exists! My main issue with CG2 being mobile, besides the smaller screen size, is the battery drain on my phone. Looking forward to trying out bluestacks. I can't say I was thrilled about the Netflix decision but I get it. I'd rather have CG2 via Netflix than not at all. Indie devs have to take the opportunities afforded to them. Thanks for this video!
