Nope, just relax. It is the same reason a FET/ male driver gets called “ HA SLIM” pick up your empty here. You seem like a good driver. You could have came back with “ GPS GRID” … have a good come back. Only OLD DRIVERS would need a map. I am glad to see women drivers, little sister was 5’2 & 110 lbs. Just let drivers know THEY HAVE TO MATCH!!! U did Great.
I dropped out of college after over 2 years of going to a nice expensive college. I am considering trucking but something feels wrong about not finishing a degree But I just feel I’d be unable to do that. Any advice or encouragement to go into trucking? Also how long would it take before I’m on the road ?

I thought about becoming a truck driver. I'm a 60 year old man and I'm gay. I'm a hard worker and I try very hard not to let stupid crap get to me. :)
Can I ask who you started off with right out of school? I am going to be taking truck driving school, but Crete told me you needed at least one year experience to get on with some. I really can’t see clearly the picture of the truck but I think you’re with Crete.

I just watched a video on regional truck drivers averaging minimum wage and barely being middle class. How is this possible? Do any of you truck drivers feel this way?

Fear is to warn us of danger...not make us afraid of it..Some fear is normal...being fearless is not. People fear the unknown what they cannot control....Driving a big truck may not me fearful for you but for others it is...That should not stop you or anyone else from achieving your goals. I am 52 yrs old and starting classes for CDL Class A in late June and I am scarred..but I am going to do it anyway. That's how we see the fruits of courage within us.
