Hello, No DC conversion on the land and the seller doesn't have town planning approval but the seller has BBMP building plan approval , valid A Khatha(PID) documents along with valid sub registered papers. Mam bank and lawyer they ll check only legality of the property, others documents u need to ask and check with them for ur reference. Because your r one who is going to stay in the property. Bank and lawyers don't have to do anything with KEB and BWSSB NOC you need to check that to know that weather you ll get water and electricity connection to ur property in future without any hassle.
