The thing I dislike about out having a large monster is the orders only gives you control of one of their moves. So in the event of finding a monster you want to scout what ends up happening is that large monster’s extra moves ends up killing the desired monster instead of just weakening it.
I just lost five S to S+ rank up series in a row and this video definity helped me mentally. It just feels like I hit a massive roadblock that I just can't get past and it's been really frustrating.
Monster Wrangler + Mage class is going to be so fun!!! Censorship sucks sure, but its not bad enough to protest the game. Its silly how mad people are.
Sometimes it is their fault tho there was this guy who just sat there saying booyah every time we got an egg whilst the other guy was nowhere to be seen the other guy would grab eggs(btw I wrote this 30 secs in)
What would really be fantastic news would be them backtracking on censoring the work of an artist who passed away recently. So sick of people who think they know better then the original artist.
It is frankly ridiculous. They let Mortal Kombat's blood, violence & guts untouched but they can't handle a bit of cleavage or a feminine v-line. WTF ?!? It's like violence is okay, but sex is not.
Sadly you never mentioned the weapon^^ Which weapon did you used here? I guess the build is +okaish+ for lower difficulties, but for higher it lacks a bit more optimization. Still thanks for making a different Lann build :)
Yeah my interest withers away fast when I see studios catering to woke ideologies. Might be small stuff now, but they will always demand more. Plenty of other stuff to blow money on. (Like Shadow of the Ninja Reborn! Just started it on Switch, it’s gorgeous!)
Dude I’ve only got like 100. I got a bunch from big run but had to spend it just to unlock the octoleet armor. I know it’s meant to be like long term rewards but I don’t want to spend years getting one piece out of a set, y’know? Good luck with your endeavors!
a thing i have noted is that EVP is the biggest rank by far. once a new rotation comes up, is that everyone gets reset to the same rank (EVP 40) this means the people hardstuck at like 50 and all the people who get in the 900s will be at the same level. also remember that matchmaking only looks at your rank, not skill or experience. this would lead to many people, some who have a lot of experience with the mode and some that dont, to occasionally, have bad freelance sessions, it happens to everyone. they are gonna want to look for a fix; losing over and over again isnt really fun after all, so they are gonna join community servers and start playing with others alike. this does cause a small decline over time in the freelance population, because well who is gonna want to go back to low evp hell? (also note that if you miss the start of a rotation, well good luck because all the good players are already in high evp) A change that i think could fix this is to separe the rank into say two different ranks. EVP 0 to 500, and EVP 500 to 999. not only would this make it less time consuming to get your map badges (would have to tweak these a bit as the first badge is at evp 200) or to reach the HLM territories if you are an overfisher, it would also separate the low EVP players to the high EVP players, leaving a smaller skill gap for everyone.
I only played the POKEMON Mystery dungeon games this one Never actually left Japan and MOST of the CHOCOBO mystery dungeon games also never left Japan either.
They actually ported it to the Playstation at some point! I remember my mom playing it when I was a kid. It was way too complicated for me to play, but it always stuck with me as unique, and got me all kinds of excited when the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games came out in the same style.
With how things are looking with 3, I am looking forward to 1+2. I am hoping that 1 - 3 HD 2D is successful enough to convince them to do 4 - 6 HD 2D, ESPECIALLY 4, because DQ4 was my Favorite and my childhood :D
I can’t wait to pick this up the best part is it’s 1 week after Mario and Luigi Brothership so I get to play 2 amazing RPGs back to back. I played the mobile port of 3 on Switch so I love Dragon Quest 3 already but I feel this remake will make me love it even more
Abilities carry over when changing classes?! That would make classes that share the same weapon type even more crazy Priest can equip the zombiebane for example and that's a sword...imagine a priest doing hatchet man
People are upset about the "censorship" but isnt what matters is the fun of the game and the overall quality? Why cancel getting a game that is adding a ton of meaningful gameplay changes etc because of such an extremely minor change to a few outfits?
It's not just that, the fact they changed the art following Toriyama's death is just ridiculously disrespectful. They also removed the options of male and female for literally no reason. This is some 2013 Nintendo stuff, letting them make changes like this is how you get what they did to Bravely Second or Tokyo Mirage Sessions. It's just sad this era of censorship returns. I am over the moon the game is getting a mostly faithful remake with great changes, but stuff like this really sours it's release is all.
@@ianp5367 No art has been changed since Akira Toriyama's death. Those changes have been around for 10+ years, and he approved of them. Even the Male / Female Protagonist versions. Many have been intentionally mislead with these misinformation, to create the current drama.
@HDHaZmY Oh hmm-- When were these changes made and where? I'm curious to see where else these were. Edit: Looking into it further, I saw the cross to pitchfork design was made in the outfits for DQ IX. Can't find any of the female changes, though.
@HDHaZmY I am also curious of previous history of these changes and his approval. And while I agree about the opinion I just dislike the idea of cancelling a game because it makes a few relatively minor changes that don't even seem to be shoving something in your face, while making so many big gameplay and art changes. A game shouldn't be shunned because of these things imo
I am the target audience for these games. I've played every SNES, PS1, and PS2 rpg, and many others from every other system. RPGs are my main genre of game. Having said that... I don't care what they add, the censorship is a deal breaker for me. Even if its just a minor thing, the slippery slope is very real, and I'm gonna vote with my wallet. I was gonna get Eiyuden Chronicles on day one, but after seeing all the silly crap plus terrible localization, I'm gonna wait till its in teh bargain bin for under $5.
