I always thought Dead End Friends always suited Skate 3 in a more specific spot, that being at the University when youre going down the massive dam wall just as the song starts
agent orange is one of my favorite bands ever and i found them through skate, and gta V. that being said it’s really funny they put “going up the country” by canned heat in the game
I just beat Skate 3 on hardcore for the 2nd and tbh it’s not that difficult to beat, I’ve owned and killed all challenges legitimately except grinds of destiny cus that is a nightmare to normally, and the film challenge solar system wasn’t as hard as I thought it was, and I chose to play skate 3 on hardcore again cus I was just bored.

Research purposes: (I know I’m way past beating the dead horse on this) say you got one grab land glitch to the bottom of the mega park then went for the speed glitches, completely cutting out the first 3 launches, could that increase wr score? My logic here is w/ launch glitch you get no less than 10k off the initial launch, plus any subsequent airs, which is more than you get off the standard first and third launch I believe. It could be I’m missing a lot of skate 3 logic here but I wanted to pose the question to see if it even sounds feasible.
maybe, but doing the landing glitch is one of the hardest things to do. No one is gonna sit through trial and error just to have their run end in 10 seconds
@@Syphrus very true, with a tad more time to think on it, and some game time, I’ve found a semi consistent path that can get you down pool side of the mega ramp in 12 seconds, which could be done a lot faster, needing only to get roughly 11k on your way down before the launch
I’ve forgotten most of Skate 2’s soundtrack other than letting me be myself again just because it played in the demo, which I played a trillion times before I got the game. I got Skate IT before I got Skate 2, other than my first ever all nighter where I “one more mission’d” my way through the entire game at my cousin’s house while he was asleep. I do dislike most of Skate 3’s soundtrack, except for maybe 10 songs that are still active. Eyes of the Panther was supposed to be a joke but it’s a jam, Almost Ready missed its bus on the way to Regular Show, and the line “God bless unconsciousness” is hilarious when you’re jumping off a building and intentionally splitting your head open.
Somehow I have been playing skate 2 since 2009 including online and never seen these glitches in my life😦 9:37 crail pop 8:00 being stuck in fakie 6:51 BigBlack super dude bounce 11:40 Grind Pop. I knew about kushpop but grind Pop? Thanks I definitely have to redownload this game now thanks
8:17 - make sure that your wheels are all the way hard and trucks are all the way loose in the edit skater settings and hold down and slightly left on the left joystick (works whether in regular or goofy) to get a more consistent nose manual speed glitch (works about 1000x better when doing it online)
