Previously, Allison served as Head of Rock at Spotify and Host/Executive Producer of the Spotify Original Series, Rock This with Allison Hagendorf, which featured interviews with artists including Queen, Miley Cyrus, & Foo Fighters.
Allison hosted The CW’s “The Next,” The X Games on ABC and ESPN, the final KISS show Live from MSG on Pay Per View, and was the live announcer for both the MTV Video Music Awards and MTV Movie Awards. In 2012, Allison became the Official Host of Times Square New Year’s Eve.

Narcist Paul ruined Kiss by driving Peter and Ace crazy with him and Genes money grubbing control freak ways. All they cared about was the almighty buck while Peter and Ace were the two true rockers who also wanted to enjoy the fame and life and partied so what! Uptight Paul wanted to sell out so Ace lost interest also Peter lost interest so they kicked him out after years of disrespecting him finally without anyone to have fun with Ace left and the last straw was this karaoke Kiss! They did not have enough respect Paul mainly to perform for the fans at the rocking roll hall of fame that did it for me get over yourself Paul you should have played with the two guys that made your life so easy and rich Peter and Ace! Before them you and Gene sucked and wicked Lester went straight in the garbage. You really need to apologize to Ace and especially Peter. You always acted like a victim so liar is another word that can be used to describe you.
I love bts bits. I also love Richie, but he didnt seem all together. The previous post was right. His eyes looked bad. Hopefully he's clean but in a few recent interviews he was struggling to talk. Breaks my heart. I miss him
I've been to several concerts over my lifetime, kiss was the very first concert I ever attended in 1977, a 3-hour bus ride from where I lived to Ottawa ontario, and Cheap Trick open for them. And I've got to say that after seeing them, Linda Ronstadt Bon Jovi David Wilcock and many more that the KISS concert was the absolute Pinnacle of music and Stage presence. I don't think they'll ever be another band like them
Allison you are such a great interviewer! Just a request that sometime in the future, can you request a interview with the maker and master of the sound of Motley Crue, Mick Mars? His riffs are what made this band's existence relevant in these times. He is the only reason I still give the first (2) albums a spin in these current times!
Last Kiss show was nothing special, nothing nothing nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Same crappy lip-synced concert like the entire tour!! Paul knows what to say in interviews to come off as a nice, decent guy. In reality, biggest ass-hole on God's green earth. FACTS!!!!! P.S. and i'm a Kiss fan, but I tell it like it is and don't care what anybody thinks, i've met the REAL Paul Stanley, what he did still hunts me and even Gene can't change the way i feel.
The hype surrounding Kiss in the mid-70s became a special part of my life as an adolescent. Most people didn't know what they looked like and there was a mystique surrounding the band. It was part of the magic of being a young American.
He is always so humble, I’ve always appreciated that quality about him. As a kid in the 70s my parents wouldn’t let me go see them. Finally saw them in 86 then a few times in 97-98.
A new KISS album as we have grown to know them over the years probably won't happen again. Paul just doesn't have his voice any longer and Gene is doing his own thing finally. I would be curious how AI plays into their Avatars and will that mean new material by some reckoning of KISS? Guess we will find out.

Als ich sechs Jahre war, wurde ich in Deutschland beleidigt und alles mögliche selbst die beiden die lapidaren Sachen für mein privatleben wenn nicht einfach aber ich sehe jetzt in alter sehr und die Leute dafür bezahlen und kämpfen um euch zu erleben leider Jahre zu spät Kiss. War für mich niemals eine Band ist so eine Einstellung mein Leben meine Religion wird es immer bleiben.
This is a brilliant video, what a great guy Paul Stanley is. I love Kiss, have done since I was 12 (so for 42 years!!). I was very privileged to meet Paul and the guys briefly at a meet-and-greet in Birmingham, UK in 2019 and it was one of my best moments in my lifelong love of rock and metal.
I feel such a kinship with this woman. She is absolutely amazing. I can really see a lot of myself in her. I'm going to start giving myself permission to not be perfect.
I stopped watching when this tool claimed Ace's logo because he was the one who drew it up with a ruler to submit to the printers. What a douchebag. And the moron got it wrong lol
Paul said about the logo in this interview:: "Ace did the basic design of it". Are you the "douchebag" and "moron" who didn't listen? If you don't understand English, then switch on the subtitles.
Liza Minnelli said it best regarding who she was and who her parents were . . “ From 8pm until 11pm it doesn’t matter WHO you know or WHO your parents are, its all on YOU “ I did have a few other inputs now that I’m here , lol . I can’t figure out why nobody has ever asked either Gene or Paul , if they both came up with Rock n Roll All Nite , than who’s idea was it to start their famous signature song on the drums ? ( the same thing with the song “ Strutter “ ) You didn’t really talk much about the “ music “ during this interview surprisingly. Also on a side note. . WHEN will you finally help nominate the band Jethro Tull to be inducted in the RRHOF ? I find this perplexing. Next up . . An interview with Michael Schenker would be interesting 🧐

I have only ever seen Paul treat fans with respect, including me. He truly appreciates the love the fans have and the opportunities that fans gave him..He has worked hard & stayed focussed when others fell away. At the end of the day , you want people around that make you happy. Thankyou for this warm hearted, genuine interview. Hes a lovely man. ❤ Allison's personality.

Awesome interview!! Very enlightening and insightful! Paul is such a realist….. rich as hell but, still seems very down to earth! I will say this… I was very surprised that Allison said she didn’t know that Paul was in the broadway play…. Phantom of the Opera!!!
The fact that Kurt was not actually missing when a missing person's report was filed is way too suspicious to overlook. People knew where he was. Even Courtney made contact with him. I think Kurt was ready to turn the page in his life to a new chapter. Unfortunately, jealous spouses/significant others can do insane things when they feel hurt. Kurt seems to be another such victim.
