old video but just to report my experience with cooked beef liver after 1 year of eating ~1/2 lb daily. About 1 month after starting I noticed a 20-year eczema on my fingers disappeared. After the second month I noticed stiffness in my knees disappeared. I'm pretty sure it was the liver. I have not noticed any side effects so far.
This guy is either lucky, or this caught up with him and he had to quit and go through WD . Most people will build tolerance if they take it every day. From there they are forced to up the dose and go further down the rabbit whole or quit while they are ahead and experience a still bad withdrawal

Yohimbe and Yohimbine HCL are very different. I use both. The bark will mess you up if you take too much but your penis becomes a weapon of mass destruction. Yohimbe HCL i used for fat loss porpuses and it doesn't make you feel like you're about to die or something.
Perfect info thanks for posting. Keep it to 1 - 1.5 grams per day, or less if you are smaller. If or when you want to stop, taper by 100mg per day. I was taking 1.5 grams per days for about a year, tapered by 100mg per day for 15 days and I felt absolutely no withdrawals whatsoever. Phenibut combined with piracetam can also be used to mitigate the negative effects of withdrawing from a benzo or alcohol taper. You reduce your benzo/alcohol consuption at the same time you begin daily phenibut and piracetam intake. Piracetam by itself is documented on PubMed to eliminate delerium tremens during acute alcohol withdrawal. As you reduce your benzo/alcohol intake you increase your phenibut/piracetam intake. Once your benzo/alcohol intake reaches 0, you then start tapering you phenibut intake by 100mg daily. Piracetam is not physically habit forming and you can stop taking it at anytime and will not experience withdawals.

This is a sport. Its called competitive eating. You have to train your body such as - Being able to balance breathing with eating. Your lungs are connected to the throat and that connection closes while you eat... you can drown if liquid fills your lungs. - Stomach copacity. You need to be able to eat the set amount of food with no remnants. Your stomach is only so big and it can actually rip in extreme cases. - Not vomit... cuz that's humiliating. - There are techniques to it. Drinks fill you up faster so some people knock the food out first before drinking. Its a rabbit hole and people can die if they gorge themselves. EMTs are typically on scene. Edit = No... he's a RU-vidr so he DOES get paid but its not much. RU-vid only starts paying RU-vidrs once they hit 1 million subs. Once your big enough, they pay you. Common misconception: Sustanon is not a solution of short, medium and long chain esters. It’s a combo of only short and long chain esters. If you graph the half life of Sustanon vs Enanthate, the former has a much sharper fall off with rapid peaks and troughs. The only thing that sustains in it is the long chain undecanoate, which basically provides a floor for your blood serum levels. Pinning Sustanon every two weeks will provide extreme peaks and troughs. It’s still a good idea to use smaller frequent doses if you don’t want the side effects
