hi Yalla and Maria, I am happy to see an upload normally I don't bother much with weights but I actually did a little bit because there was a weight segment in the last part of the Superbody aerobic workout and the low impact Caribbean Workout episode, I find all my indoor cardio and toning routines online which I know I have written in the past would have rather ran, but New Jersey got hit with a Northeastern (a.K.a. snowstorm) look forward to seeing more videos from you both : )
