You forgot to mention how hard it is to get these plug on screens to work with Raspberry Pi's! I just bought 3 different types of Waveshare screens to try on my Pi's - Pi 4, Pi Zero and Pico.....none worked without hours of google searches and endless nano edits of the config.txt file....back to x86.
That 24 fan setup is dumb AF. You'd get way better temps going in one side and out the other. The half and half on the top and front is only hampering the airflow pattern, DON'T DO THIS.
Im waiting to see if someone makes some thing i would call an "awareness hub". Something you could either hold directly or a separate receiver display you can hold and the main device has every sensor you can think of to give you data about everything around it. IR, Ultrasound and violet, radio coms, sound, nightvistion, microwave, everything weather, everything satellite, ect. it would have solarpanel and be meant for survivalist and outdoors people that like gathering that kind of info around themselves. id definitely pay for something like that.
Half of these are just novely tiny computers that have to useful day to day applications. Rasbperry Pi's are capable of a lot more than just connecting a tiny screen and keyboard.
