"He prefers hitting to pitching" yeah the dude who only ever listed pitching goals in his career manifesto and mapped out pitching milestones including finishing with a perfect game in the last game of his projected career definitely prefers hitting to pitching.
I mean after his big ass contract he’s ok with being hurt the whole time take a page out the mike trout book they were teams won’t be surprised if he starts being “hurt” a lot more after the money
John Henry who owns the Red Sox is usually in the owners box or occasionally on the field before a game for special occasions but that's about it. The Fenway group is as corporate as they come.
His worst season was the pandemic. He pitched once & got injured after coming back from TJS. He also injured his knees which affected his offense. 2019 season was fine. It was the same as his rookie season. 18 hr batting. 285ish. Ken if u saw when he pitched & hit then u ain't giving up that yet.
Would his hitting improve if he stopped pitching? Maybe. Would he prefer only being a hitter? Doesn't sound like it. Let him play however he prefers and is capable of.
Thinking Cincinnati's el cheapo ownership signing ANYONE(never mind Elly) to a long term contract for any kind of big money is laughable---especially Boros clients
Now has a home run upper cut in his swing and as his home runs went up, so have his strike outs. Does the swing coach not see it? Level that thing out like Lux.
The hate against the Dodgers is blatant on this show. Where does this bigotry come from? Scott Braun starts smiling as he claims the Dodgers are "beatable". This is outrageous, are you guys covering the whole MLB or just an anti-Dodgers propaganda show?
@@anna-verathey are beatable right now like they all said there lineup and bullpen are there weak points. Both the bottom half of the lineup is an issue and the bullpen is i feel a couple pieces short. Yes they will click eventually of course
