Man everything you show is super excluding neck bridges. Bad for your cervical spine. Watch Mike Tyson,he alerts for this. You ruin your discs badly. Other excersises are just fine.
@@КратунчоТиквеников I think it comes down to a poor understanding of load management. I’m not going off a story based on Chinese whispers with no context.
What happens after i finished the program? Is there a program, that i could do for a longer time? Im a student and i cant afford to buy all of your workouts atm :/
Starting distally with the fingers makes so much sense and I’ve never heard that before. Been dealing with elbow pain for years seen a few specialist. Will give it a crack
hey coach! any way you can put more details on the specific workouts he is doing throughout the video? reps and sets. workout names etc. all love and respect; thank you.
I really rate this as an alternative to access knee extension resistance without the need for machines. Perfect for home gyms and perfect as an accessory to compound exercises like the squat and deadlift 🙏🏼
You sound like you have a really rational approach to strength training for athletes. I was a Division 1 wrestler and our lifts were so intense throughout the season that I felt it really limited my ability to perform at 100% and took a toll on my overall motivation to train. I then lived at the Olympic Training Center for a few years and couldn’t believe the difference in approaches. Much more manageable workload that took into account upcoming competitions. Great video!
I think it helps when a coach can feel the demands of the sport first hand, and is actually present at skills practice to see what goes into a fight camp. Load management is crucial at this point
