Just caught a little discrepancy. In the video you say to add 2 tablespoons of sugar but in the video description you say to add 3.5 tablespoons. But thanks for the video. I love these buns.
I made this and followed exactly but the paneer in mine became rubbery! Followed the recipe exactly only thing I did different was grated the paneer instead of making it into crumbs.Mine was store bought paneer
