thanx for good tips. I'm using a graco airless painter ST Max II 495 PC Pro, and have also found out that the metal ball can be stucked after a little to bad cleaning. Do you fill the pump with some liquid when you are not using it? I'm using graco pump armor

Hi Kevin i dont use any winterizing fluids it doesnt get that cold here and i use my machine nearly everyday so i just use water. I do how ever service the seals often.

Thanks for the great Intel on this rongpeng. I am about to buy the rongpeng R330, I will also remove those spring sives. What size tip do your use from latex paint?

I use mostly the 517 tip and it is a very versatile tip and once they get warn i keep them one side some paints like to cause clogs in the nozzle and i found that a slightly worn out tip remedies that problem

Hopefully ill come right here, i have the exact same machine, but the seals is shot and the small fan at the back is also broken, do you maybe know where i can find spares for this machine?

Hi. I am looking at buying one of these from my local suppliers in Pta. Would you recommend this airless spray machine for painting roof's and paving?

Yes mine worked hard i had it for 3.5years now and it hardly gave me trouble. Just clean ot properly and service regularly. Just never spray enamel paint with it it just chows the seals.Adendorff in JHB caries all the spares, they are helpful. Any other machine in SA wil cost you atleast double and i doubt they will last twice as long.

Which is better ? Is a normal pressure washer better or airless more effective

I use a presure washer to get the dust and debris of the roof after we sand the surface and removed the loose paint so any presure washer would work. Roofs are large areas so sometimes a domestic washer can work but they dont like running that long. 2nd tip i also use the washer in summer to cool down the roof as it gets very hot here.

Thank u for the interesting video and thank u for sharing such useful tips, It was quite interesting, so do you think that the RONGPENG Airless sprayer machine got more durability and resistance? i have to choose between a HONEST PRO 1010w and RONGPENG R470 or 457! what do u think? i don't trust machines with much electronic stuff in them , it is always too hard to explain some problems that are in the end very stupid!

I believe the Rong peng is a good machine and it works well for the price bracket dont know the honest pro

@@edhconstruction5143 Thank u so much for the quick reply, do u still work with ur airless spray gun RONG PENG without seaves (filters) if yes since when u still painting with the mahine like that and is there any problems or trouble shootings comes up by using the machine without filters? thank u in advance sir.

@@edhconstruction5143 wow!! im really impressed, no filters, just the one at suction tube end extremity, for five yrs without a problem (pump, gun, ...)!!!! i feel like im going for RONGPENG machine! what is ur RONGPENG machine plz?
