I’m going to make this real soon. Do I have to use a mold. Is the batter too liquid that it will run. I’m guessing that the same consistency of regular pancakes is the same as this batter.
I have tried making pancakes using the coconut flour over and over and was never successful, however will definitely try this method. Thank you for sharing.😊
That certainly wasn't 1/8 tsp of baking powder!!! We call that cutlery spoon a 'teaspoon', for mixing milk into tea, and compares it with the larger one, called a soup soup. They are NOT measuring spoons! What is shown here appeared to be much more than a teaspoon.
I wish people would give the complete carb count, not just net carbs. I'm a diabetic and my Doctor goes by complete carbs. The recipe sounds good and I definitely will try them. It's hard for a diabetic to find carb acceptable pancakes!
Sooooooo! Grateful you didn’t give a “50” minute presentation!!! And only 2tbs coconut flower? Fantastic! I loved it also that you used a spatula and pull every little bit of the mix👏👏👏👏👏👏 like I would do. Thank you for the presentation.
For anyone who might like to try my variation: 1/3 cup coconut flour 1/2 teaspoon- baking soda 1/2 teaspoon- cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon- salt 1/3 cup- buttermilk 1 teaspoon-
