Trying to figure out his exact recipe and thought I'd share: 2 Eggs 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour A few drops Vanilla Extract 1/8 Tsp Baking Powder (he said 1/8 but it looked like a lot more, lol!) Pinch of Salt 2 Tbsp Erythritol (sweetener optional) Oil to coat pan (ie. Coconut or Olive) Coat oil in a pan and heat over medium. Pour in batter and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook other side. Serve with butter (or Coconut Oil).
I'm going to use your recipe and make 6 pancakes. The second pancake is higher because the batter sat while you cooked the first one, so if you let the batter rest for 5 minutes after you mix it, it will rise alot more. Thank you, good video quick keto recipe.
This is super yummy. I made it and it came out great. Great taste to. I used stevia instead of erythritol and 3 eggs instead of two because my eggs were very small ones. Thanks for this recipe
Sooooooo! Grateful you didn’t give a “50” minute presentation!!! And only 2tbs coconut flower? Fantastic! I loved it also that you used a spatula and pull every little bit of the mix👏👏👏👏👏👏 like I would do. Thank you for the presentation.
No-nonsense, straight to the point, not trying hard. Loved, loved, loved your video! I didn't have to fast forward an introduction as you dove right in. Now I can make pancakes the keto way! Thank you!!!
tried to do the same today without sugar or sweetener.. used the whole pan for frying the mix.. it was really nice I can say... I really missed bread doing keto 😏 great vid
You are simple in explaining and not pretentious. I have a lot of coconut flour and I just wanted to learn how to use it. We don´t have to be professionals to present a recipe. Thank you. Gracias. As far as toppings go, we all have our favorite--I always place my favorite fruits and nuts.
I made this today (sans the vanilla extract and erythritol, since i paired it with tuna) and added 60g of cream cheese and a teaspoon of baking powder. honestly this was the most delicious recipe that I’ve followed!! ♥️
Aloha my brother, I am in Hawaii today and I am so happy I got this video, now I know what to do with this Coconut flour that was given to me. I even have the small round cake pans. Yeh ! Leah Tunara
These are delicious but I did add some vanilla almond milk to thin out the batter because it was super thick. It looks like you use any a whoke tsp of baking powder so I used a 1/2 tsp. Super yummy! This is my new pancake recipe!
Olive oil has calories doesn’t have carbs. Apart from that I liked the recipe i gonna try it. When you got to the part you taste them you convinced me 💯 to make them this afternoon! Thanks 😊 I
Thanks for sharing, they look great! I'll try them. Coconut flour is growing on me... I used to hate it but it makes spongy cake and lady finger type cookies pretty decently, so some of my favourite desserts can be made kept.. madeleines would be a god-send.
I just found this web site. I'm new to the keto diet (new life style), but I've already lost a considerable amount of weight and am feeling good! I could listen to him talk for hours! What a wonderful, soothing voice. Oh, and I'm going to make these for my grandson. He loves pancakes. I think that I will show my love for my family by baking and cooking healthier foods for them. This site will be invaluable to me. Bless you!!
Great recipe! I used monk fruit sweetener (a tablespoon) and put fresh blueberries in the cakes in between flips. I also put in unsweetened coconut milk to thin the batter out. I didn’t have baking powder so it was omitted. Turned out great
thanks for posting this. Continue to ignore the unfortunate ignorance shown in some comments. It is clear you are just a regular person making your pancakes! I am just happy to know that I can do this..
Really enjoyed your video. I just started my keto today and started with pancakes which I throughly enjoyed. I used almond meal but will try making them with coconut flour the next time. Thanks for sharing.
I made this but I added 2 tablespoons of heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. They turned out pretty good. I will have to keep these in my recipe book
😁...men are so cute when they cook. They use spoons and hands. Us women use measuring cups measuring spoons and bowls. Thanks for receipe I will surely try it.
I have tried making pancakes using the coconut flour over and over and was never successful, however will definitely try this method. Thank you for sharing.😊
thank you for a nice video! very sweet and what great tip for shaping the pancakes with the little springform pan! i dont have a little one like that but i might try some metal cookie cutters! God bless you!
Thanks so much!I had try to do this pancakes before and was a disaster ;o) like your idea with the mold...now my pancakes come out perfect each time. Thanks!
I want to say that you place the ingredientes and making of the pancakes so easy I couldn't wait to make them. Which I did but they did no come out as fluffy as yours.... the flavor is superb though. I will try another one of your recipes. Thank you💖
Looks delicious and filling. Noticed that you’re hygienic and clean when preparing your food. You even busted out the plastic tongs haha. I cringed when seeing people handling food with their bare hands and serving it to others.
