On Beauty: After years of feeling overwhelmed and intimidated by the world of beauty; I’ve realised Perfection doesn’t matter; feeling confident and having fun does!
On dance & fitness: I used to be a professional Bharatanatyam dancer; and that part of my life has taken a backseat when I entered the corporate world. Current plan is to get my fitness on track (obese for my height and age) and slowly ease back into my experiments with dancing.

Oooh i was just looking at Patrick Ta blushes today at Sephora in New York and telling myself i dont need them.. i think ur video is a sign from the universe 😬 We dont get Patrick Ta at the retail stores in UAE rt?
Hehe 🤭 yeah unfortunately we don’t get them in UAE. Incidentally bought this when I was in New York too! Been using it non-stop; love the formula and I think shade range is lovely - very diverse with lots of options!

Hi mashanta, I just bought Louisa red , and undoubtedly it’s my best purchase in a long , long time . I’m going to look at the rosewood color too , it looks very nice in you.
@@amnajunus8589 hey definitely reduces in pigment. But the biggest turn off for me was the fragrance - it is super heavily fragranced; so I just never wore it unfortunately.
HI love this video but i would suggest that you face the window while filming where the light is coming from so we can see the colours better.its kids dark and shadowy.
Sure - thanks for watching and the feedback! I tried filming in front of studio lights - they seemed to wash the colours out and in front of a window; I find the colours (esp. my skin tone) can be misleading because of golden hour…I am working on experimenting with lights and hope to improve quality so I can share more :) thanks a ton for your honest feedback!

Oooh I live in Dubai too and going to the United States in July. While this is helpful- i wish I hadn’t seen it 🤣🤣💸💸 Have you tried the GXVE liquid lippies- they are so goood. Glad to see the brand is available in Sephora NY- am going to stock up on a few ;) Are these products better priced in New York then in Dubai? I hope you will do shorts on swatches/first impressions of these products
Hello! Haha sorry 😅 nope haven’t tried the GXVE lipsticks but have heard good things online. Honestly very minor difference between nyc and dubai; I only focussed on things that I don’t get here in Dubai or are OOS for long…and yes, I have started creating shorts on the lipsticks already! 😊 also, thanks so much for taking the time to watch my video - means a lot!

I get what you mean - this can be considered excessive; but this is a lot more mindful than what I used to indulge in tbh (even compared to last year). It’s just I happen to love makeup for makeup’s sake and get so excited to try them! I am a work in progress 😅

I was really hoping that you would post a monthly progress video as you have mentioned. I would've loved seeing your effort and progress, however slow or fast it would've been. Seems like another failed experiment
Haha yes life happens but am planning to share updates (quarterly/half-yearly) as and when relevant! No point sharing videos for the sake of sharing with no real progress no? 😅
@@mashantha I share a different perspective here. I would've loved to see the effort behind all of your goals, even though you feel there are no tangible progress. Plus, purely as a viewer, it makes you look dishonest. But I guess you know your viewers better so you do you! all the best :)
I think the fenty beauty shade looked good on you. Am tending to favor bullet lipsticks to liquid ones these days as well.. guess comfort is taking preference
