This channel focuses on mostly 1/35 German armor modeling. I write reviews of kits for Armorama.com and other publications as well as for manufacturers. I will have videos to go with those reviews of an initial review and post build analysis. I also make rather large time-lapse build documentary videos.
Così metti fuori strada chi comincia a fare modellismo.
Adam I had some surgery done yesterday (July 12);and they found some precancerous polyps. I was trying to calm myself before having to go to the hospital I had been watching modeling videos and I remembered this video of yours. Thank you for sharing your personal medical reasons why you haven’t made any current videos. Thank you and stay healthy
Why all the freaking li'l plastic knob on every tiny small piece Dragon?? Plz learn from Tamiya for gods sake....and oh, why a zillio of the the tiny small parts that will be destroyd anyway when removing in? So silly🧐🙄
You look like you live in your mommies basement. I can tell you don’t know anything about aircraft. If you did, you would know that aluminum overcast is usually on tour selling rides, and usually not in the museum hanger and you wouldn’t make random rude comments on peoples videos when you don’t have a clue what you’re talking about. I didn’t have to be nice enough to post a video for you to watch. Just so you can spout ignorance on it.
Great video!Tamiya's models always provide good balance between details and building pleasure. Other brands often try to offer "value of money" through some over engineering models with tons of details even for hidden parts, which make modellers' spending much more time for a similar finished model. This may be one of the factors that Tamiya is still one of the most popular model brands today.
I find it interesting that the whole Tiger P fad kind of died down and the only kit I know that was made recently was by Amusing Hobby. It would be great if MENG or Takom would give this model a good swing.
all your reviews are awesome Adam, you don't pull any punches, for sure. As for Dragon, they would do a great service to all of us German armor enthusiasts if they would make a 252 halftrack which followed most Stug. units AND include the AN-1/2 ammo Trailor to boot.
Well, I'll be. I'm (my name is Pete by the way) surprised no one mentioned it but DML has got an Sd.Kfz 252 Leichte Gepanzerte Munitions Kraftwagon w/Sd.Ah 32/1 Trailor. It's DML- 6718 and I just picked one up at Internet Hobbies this morning. Would have gotten a couple of more but for the price.
These obviously look great. Any possibility (if not already) in 1/16 scale. You may mention that later into the session But it would be FANTASTIC as I am really into the 1/16. As we know, the 1/26 is the new 1/35. I REALLY hope you take it easy, take your medicine, and have an easy road to recovery. Take care!
I can't help but wonder if Dragon had the correct panzer III drive sprocket included in the kit. I'm sure you used what was called out for, and they appear to be correct in you reference material, in any event I'd go for a set of ModelKasten tracks.
Adam, Agree with you about Dragon Panzer IV Smart, 3 in 1series, Sharnhorst battheship, the company made their models so overcomplicated and their instructions are very confusing, unclear, price are expensive.
I got nearly done with this kit....once...the wheel broke off. This is really a very high skill kit, you can build anything if you can complete it error free.
These clamps look amazing. I am impressed that T-Rex Boss made the effort to meet with you and get accurate data from you. I wish the other company that produced the 1 to 1 scale tank tracks had done the same rather than to produce products that are totally inaccurate.
hey Adam, really sorry to hear of your health problems but I hope you are on the road to recovery and very much looking forward to seeing more of your work!
Glad to hear from you again and hope you make a full recovery. My sets of Universal Clamps arrived yesterday so will be using them once current project completed.
Really Good to see you mate. Your Tiger 1 kit reviews brought me back into modelling so thanks very much for that alone. Wishing you strength, fortitude and all the best Spider Rouge-uk Ps Great product, confidence in the clamps with your endorsement so will def pick some up. 👍🏻
Sorry to hear about your health Adam. Getting old is rough but I’m glad you’re back doing videos. I would love to see you take on one of the big 1/16 scale Takom German armor kits.
These looks great Adam, and the universal design where you don't have to slice the tool handle in half is a good idea. I got some sets too as you know so I'll test them out as well. Hope youre feeling better and looking forward to more content soon.
All my concern is the joy of building a kit; not fixing or figuring out annoying stupid issues solutions. Tamiya has the Japanese culture of philosophy and precision. 🎉
