They need to do something to make the supporters attack and defense type relevant. I suggest plus a maximum of 5% effectiveness per support student for each type of attack, defense, and terrain type of the support student. Terrain attack modifier 5% but block maximum 2.5% per supporter. Two explosive damage supports would add a total of 10% explosive damage effectivness to each striker no matter the strikers damage type (of course only applying to damage against light armor targets). So zero additional effectivness against mystic or heavy armor in the case of explosive damage. Two heavy armor supporters would give a 10% defense effectiveness against mystic damage. Terrain bonus would increase attack modified by 0-5% and block modifier by 0-2.5% as per level of smiley face. Lowest ranking (terrible) would grant 0% each while SS (cool shades, outstanding) would grant 5% to the attack and 2.5% to block. Two SS supporters would grant +10% atrack and 5% block to existing student terrain bonus. One S and one SS supporter would grant +9% and to 4.5% respectively. This would make the upgrade of the supporters favored terrain relevant. At most changing x130%-80% (depending on strikers preferred terrain) to x140%-90% IF both supporters match the field AND are at SS level. Two Light defense supprters would give +10% defense advantage (reduce enemy attack modifier in damage calculation by 10) if the attack type is piercing and +5% (reduce modifier by 5 @ 2.5% each) against mystic/normal damage. Zero modifier change against explosive. This would help those with limited charaters build better teams while still not likely changing meta builds at all. Maybe in some cases but not likely that many. Raid bosses can have their terrains adjusted. Even in grand assault, there isnt a reason all three different versions have to be fought on the same field. Piercing and Explosive Binah can be fought in a field while Mystic could be "indoor" as if it came out of the ground inside a dome stadium. So if one type has some weird lineup that messes with everything too much and completley destroys the old meta in an undesirable way, that one can be avoided by just changing the terrain. If 5% per attribute (attack/def/terrain) per support is too much then 2.5% (1.25 block) would work., but I think gaining 10% from all three would be pretty difficult without great compromise compared to most of the metas and the damage lost to get it would not be worth it in most cases. Adding some defensive effectiness to students that have none would just help survivability of groups that are already poorly matched. Meta groups already clear pretty easily. This also takes away some of the randomness as in some runs, IF a certain student is targeted the group fails and you have to start over. Adding a little more survivability to key buffer or attack students to ease some frustration from retrying a run over and over for RNG. Those that want maximum scores will still need Meta teams and to retry runs over and over, but players that just want to beat the boss for completion might have a little less RNG to be frustrated about if they have some options.
if kisaki skill can buff ex skill once per use, i think buffing dhinas ex skill third shot would be ideal, but if kisaki skill covers all three shots per use, no need for this, I guess
this game is closer to Farlight 84 with the BR concept. Good optics reminds me of Cod. What I hope is the open-world aspect doesn't get nerfed. most games like this self-nuke because of the world being too big

i'm a Himari fan, but i think it's good for us to have multiple characters to use in different situations... i don't like the fact of always using the same character.
Kisaki's buff is a entirely new multiplier. It literally multiplies your EX damage by 1.8. It's a raw 80% increase. Since it's a new multiplier, nothing dilutes it. If your Mika is doing 2 million with her EX, she does 3.6 million with Kisaki. Attack buffs doesn't even come close to doing that. Himari's attack buff is about a 40% damage increase (less the more attack you already have). She's absolutely busted. She's going to make insane very easy and make torment much easier. To the point where a new difficulty might be not be too far away. Torment clear rates are gonna skyrocket because of Kisaki. She also massively increase the value of C.Hare. C.Hare, Ako/NY Fuuka and Kisaki will be the new hypercarry meta for EX skills. Himari and S.Shiroko will be for team 2 and 3.
Kisaki is stronger than Himari, she has better stats, longer EX duration, better basic skill, and a new type of buff that only she has, her buff multiplies your final EX damage by 1,8x. Himari is the mostly likely to be replaced because you don't want to run 2 same subskill on specials, they don't stack, also c.hare gives the same buff as himari In terms of some 2-pan torment teams, Kisaki seems to be the better option for team 1 and Himari for team 2 But in terms of insane, for speedrun and achieving better scores, she's on a bad spot cause s.shiroko is already dominating a lot of team compositions, there's already no himari in topscore d.hina compositions in next Grand Assaults, there's no himari in top scores Hieronymus, the battle is so fast that speedrunners prefer the cost down from s.shiroko than the better buff from himari, she might really be powercrept in insane But, having this much buffers and fest students, I think torment will be the new insane 💀 where you clear it for comfy platinum or mald insanely crits in insane as it was in extreme years ago, some torments are already in this level in jp server, like shirokuro being only a punch bag for our 3 blue fest students
The meta shift is essentially: 1. Kisaki is Himari replacement if you have Camp Hare 2. She’s comparable to Himari if you don’t 3. Himari is now a 2nd team (grand/total assault) student 4. Camp Hare is now at the top of the meta (she was used mostly in a 2nd team till now)
In a humorous way. Ako abandoned co-oping with a wheel-bound petanko support for another petanko support that has similar height/æge to the head prefect. Who could’ve thought that would happen.
@@tasa4904 considering the cost of Ako of 3 compared to NY fuuka at -1 (2-3=-1). A 40% loss on crit damage buff isnt a huge deal. When a cycle cost is 10 compared to 14, almost 1/3 cheaper.
Himari is more efficient than Kisaki because she has more percentage on the attack buff, and also because she increased attack overall, not just limited to a skill. Some characters not only rely on their EX skill to deal massive damage but also Normal skill as well. Wakamo, Aru, Iori, Mika, they all have good normal skills that can deal extra damage. When the student is using their normal skill, you can buff them using himari to deal maximum damage and then EX skill afterwards before the buff gone. Where as for Kisaki this is not the case.
Kisaki buff pretty much doubles one ex dmg. It just pure 80% dmg increase. Sure maybe himari is efficient. But we have chare now. It almost safe to say that people are going to run with kisaki + ako/nyfuuka + chare. Anyone hoping to just get by with standard buff duo is going to be left behind in the rankings.
@@Pelic0ne there's nothing stopping you from using both, the cost buff doesn't stack but the atk and ex buff do. If the cost regen stacked it would be broken, like actually broken as in why would you ever bring anyone else
Cost buff doesn't stack and it's easier to replace Himari's flat atk buff with a striker buffer(C. Hare/Ibuki/Ui) compared to Ako's crit buffs or Fuuka's crit dmg and cost cut
You can check causew’s latest stream. Hibiki is the best of of the bunch. Gave her a lot of acc and some stability too iirc, but the main kicker is that it turned her basic into her ult. 4 extra shots for her basic. Mari gear gives her basic a defence down iirc. I forgot the rest by they were just numbers pretty much.

I'm new to BA, what does buff retention of 1900 mean exactly, specificallythe 1900 number, does the 1900 number mean it increase the duration by 19%? I'm not sure how to make sense of how much it increases buff time.
Tldr kisaki doesn't powercreep himari she just brings a new buff type to the table. to which there is currently no other alternative, making himari the obvious one to replace
@@muhammadhabib9433 why? Same cost regen, himari's buff seems higher at a glance (i don't think we know what the calculation and scaling on ex buff are yet), only thing that's objectively better with kisaki is her shield sub skill. Seems like a side grade not an upgrade
@@pougetguillaume4632we do though, Causew and Just3c already did testing and she basically completely doubles your damage. Add C Hare into the mix and you're dealing insane damage, so yes Himari was kinda"dethroned"

It's the people who clown on you for being prudent and requiring evidence that are the actual clowns. Repeating something you heard without actually knowing isn't proof of intelligence. Wild i still have to explain how critical thinking works
this game's also a balancing act , half of it is your waifu , the other half is the gun , especially if your waifus are shotgun and S.R users add ontop of that your prefered playstyle , for someone who's got a shit tier aim , Bolt action and Pump action (Single shots) are slow and are gonna get me wiped , but if you give me a Semi-auto shotty and S.R i can manage to survive
