I have been using at least 2 cutting boards all this while. 1 for to cook ingredients meat or vegies & 1 for non cook straight away to eat ingredients like fruit or straight away to eat vegies. Watching this....i'll practice to have 2 different knives after this for the same function as the cutting boards. Great new knowledge. Never cross my mind. 😅
Science says your wife wins this one, just cook the meat properly and it won't poison you. The only things you have to wash are your hands and the cutting board.
