@@FashionBreedVideos thank you ! I'm 3 weeks post op today and physically I'm doing OK, mentally I'm enduring this depression but i know I'll get through it. It's nice to see in your other videos you had a healthy baby, it's inspiring 🥲
I am experiencing this challenge! Thank you for the tips! I will try better diet., managing stress, and speaking more openly about my emotions! I am already gluten free and starting accupuncture this week!

Stress management and getting enough sleep is the hardest one for me! As I am a healthcare worker and doing shift work, it exacerbates my symptoms even if I am maintaining my pcos in other ways 😢
I've been diagnosed with pcos since 2020. One thing worked for me to get back my period, im going to share this to my fellow women, i wish someone might benifit from this comment. I couldn't get my period naturally for past 3 years, i have to take pills to get my periods. No pills, no period was my condition basically. I've started doing intermittent fasting,(16:8) on feb 17th 2024, and i got my period without taking pills on 16th march 2024.. i nevee felt so happy, because it gave me hopes about my health. Im planning to continue this intermittent fasting, till all my cysts cleared. During IF(intermittent fasting), I never touched a single packaged item, be it biscuits, cookies, ramen or soft drinks. I limited my rice intake for one meal a day. I added eggs and soya chunks for protien. I made cabbage soups or cabbage spring roles for dinner. I tried to add protien in each meal. I eat fresh fruits like oranges and papaya daily. I added carrots and veggies to each meal i took. I'm not a big fan of exercise but i tried moving intentionally, did some yoga here and there. I did zumba dance whenever i feel like moving.. I prayed 2 tines a day, this personal connection with god gave me the strength to be consistent and patient. These things not only helped me to get back my period, but also helped to maintain good mental health, focus and more overall satisfaction in life.
Nice, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.
Another tip if you aren't finding shorts or other "gym" clothes to your liking try other clothes that are designed for movement like hiking, tennis, or even scrubs. I know I have found great pieces this way that I wear often.
Good points. My thought is that the modestly dressed woman will still be the object of lust not because of her but because a pervert is a pervert. Just like children. They aren’t “alluring”. The pervert is just a pervert. Dress how you want and enjoy. But not to try to prevent lustful eyes.
Saying that a mini skirt can be modest is like saying that the roman catholic church is holy, or that ice cream is made to be exceeding hot and will burn one’s tongue
You’re wonderful and beautiful inside and outside! As long as you have egg even few you can get pregnant. I had friends with 2 eggs per month on and off and got pregnant. Just keep inflammation diet because embryo can pass from tube easier and in my opinion pregnancy is a luck. This time wasn’t your time and it will be the next time. I agree for trusting the gut and getting Ultrasound check very quickly after we feel something is off or weird. You went through so much and you are stronger and more powerful now!
I did all of this for almost 2 years. And last week I found out that my PCOS is as good as gone! I have to keep up the diet and lifestyle to maintain this, which is fine as it is my lifestyle now and I love it! I love the foods, the hiking, the meditation, the peace, all of it 💗
I miss having a baby girl around, their clothes are so adorable. Is it getting ready to be winter where you are? You got a lot of outerwear and babies grow so fast you got all those cute pieces hope she has a chance to wear them all.
Hey so my problem is that I have a huge passion for dancing, I dance five days a week for usually 2-3 hours. It really makes me feel happy and good, so is there a way to keep doing this sport (even though it’s cardio, muscles, concentration, coordination and streching at the same time and therefore maybe spikes stresshormones)?😅
I am 6 days post-surgery of my ruptured tube from ectopic.. this is my second ectopic in 3 years and my fourth Loss. Thank you for sharing your story.❤
I have been suffering from PCOS since I was 15 years old. Yeah, it's insane, the irregular periods, excessive hair growth and all the symptoms that go with it started at my youngest age. I couldn't keep up with hard diets and things got worse and worse over time. Then in my 20s, I decided to fight back and find a healthy way to prepare all my favorite meals and created a correct lifestyle that helped me reverse my pcos and insulin resistance. The key is a cozy healthy lifestyle, low intensity workout, never combine carbs with protein in a meal, high protein breakfast (no carbs), cut out sugar and reduce your gluten and carb intake. Now that I am 30 years old, I decided to create a RU-vid channel and share my healthy lifestyle with women who struggle like I always have. I hope you will enjoy my recipes. I wish you all a cozy and healthy life ❤
