The worst part is if kimura just used a single good uppercut during that last body blow assault (where mashiba fails his clinch) he probably would’ve won. Also I really liked where you yelled at kimura to get his hands up because every time a character gets stuck in a combo, they just keep their hands down and eat the entire thing.
Karmaさん is a combat assassin that is a genius and prodigy that enjoys the process of an assassinationそしてNagisaさん is a pure assassin that goes for the victory looking for that one fetal strike to complete the job.
That “axe” was a thing called a Millwall Brick. Basically a hard thing wrapped around newspaper soaked in saltwater and then dried. This version looks like it was reinforced with scraps from a towel. Does a fair imitation of a hatchet if you can sharpen the edge of the hard thing.
2004's movie was superior in my opinion, it had a wonderful cast. You can't forget the faces, the brutality was there as well. The soundtrack was on point and the Punisher felt appropriately realistic and portrayed properly. The Russian was portrayed properly as well. A force to be reckoned with, intimidating, stubborn and didn't give a hell mentality. Overall the plot was well driven and excellently paced as well. The effects were well done and again the accidental stab being kept in was great!
so much dust drama - think more intense camera shot if moves inwards & dark but less easy to see moves? good that the camera pulls back to see the moves...
Well showing the gun and dumping the shells wasn’t bright. In real life he would be dead. His punches could be seen a mile away. The stab wound would have been disabling , either Fromm bleeding or possibly kidney damage. To start

Fantastic movie and the bus fight seen is one of the best fight seen in any movie for years. Only two words I can say is fantastic and brilliant. Well done to the directors.
I am old school I carry a roll of quarters in my purse to add weight and so I have options like reinforcing my punch by holding them. That’s along with the pepper spray. I used to work nights so I have many tricks.
For me, Blood and Bone was Michael Jai White's 'Enter The Dragon' (yep, love Bruce Lee too). This movie was peak Michael Jai White and his abilities. For such a heavily built guy, his movements are just so beautiful to watch. With some of Bruce Lee's favourite moves popping up here and there and the "O'Hara!" near the end very much a throwback to Enter The Dragon.
Thanks for the enthusiastic commentary mate. First watched the movie 36 yrs ago but it was great having someone describe the moves they are doing. Most interesting.
stunt in this scene uses a lot of freestyle wrestling and sambo throws ( perednyaya podnozkha , 2 suplexes , shoulder throw with submission and also there's double leg in cut content)
