He has the scar in Daechwita and Haegeum, he fights with himself and kills off the old "corrupt" Yoongis, goes back to his roots. He did 28 concerts by himself in 2023 starting in New York, should see some of those live footages. He was very emotional on the last one before he headed off to do his mandatory military service. In this one he smoked because idols aren't allowed to smoke and people were going after his younger members for having vaping material in pictures. He straight smoked in their faces and said come at me. He is known as the savage king. His lighter duality side he is called Lil "Meow Meow....he like a cat. 💜👑🔥🙀💜

By the way, Haegeum has a double meaning here: It's Korean for "liberation/lifting of a ban" and it's the name of a traditional Korean instrument that he used in the track.

In Snooze, his lyrics were written for young artists... when BTS were rising there was no older artists they could go to for advice or support in handling their level of fame and the hardships on the way... Yoongi wants to be there for young artists and let them know he will be there for them. He features Woosung on this song. Woosung is the lead singer in the rock band The Rose. It also features the late Ryuichi Sakomoto (Composer) There is no official MV but the youtube channel Ellissa has an incredible fan made video with subtitles. Yoongi also has a show where he talks and drinks with many interesting people including the BTS members... he has an incredible way of making people open up about their lives in the industry. It is called Suchwita and is available on BTS RU-vid channel BangtanTV.

BTS rapline are the best! Among the BTS rapline Suga is the very best to me. Suga aka Agust D , ( my personal preference). Not only because he is my bias but you can't deny that most of Suga's songs are his masterpieces---- strong, powerful, aggressive, unfiltered but honest , true and stating a fact. And his flow, speed and whispery voice ,so eloquent when he rap makes him unique and so different than other rapline members or to any other rappers. They are 7 geniuses for real. A dope performance from the 3 rappers is The Cypher Medley. It is fire.

Every one of their solo discographies is remarkable. In addition to their albums, they all have various singles, OSTs and collabs. Suga/Yoongi has albums AgustD, D-2 and D-Day. RM/Namjoon has albums RM, Mono, Indigo and RPWP j-hope has albums Hope World, Jack in the Box and Hope on the Street. Jimin has album Face V has album Layover Jungkook has album Golden Jin has singles and OSTs but no album yet. He will be first to get out of the military though (next month!) and we expect an album from him, probably this year.

There are so many great songs from Agust D, you should react to some of the live concerts. I went to the one in Chicago 2022, it was incredible. He has great songs, a fun one to react is the one he wrote, produced and feat in "That That PSY", Snooze with Woosung (from the Rose) & the piano part written by Ryuichi Sakamoto...a masterpiece, The LAST he wrote about his mental issues, AGUST D. I'm 57 and Suga is my favorite.

It's okay to call Min Yoongi by his stage name Suga or by his second name Agust D or even his fan given name Meow Meow. D sounds weird as it is basically his hometown. In another track Suga raps A to the G to the STD because I am from the D. That's Daegu not Detroit. Do what you want, but you are kind of alone calling a world-class rapper by your abbreviation. BTW, I could say the same for how you call Jungkook Jung. He has his own set of alternatives.

Its a fake scar its explained in the next song in the trilogy AMYGDALA. It represents the harm we do ourselves. Glad you love Suga. You begin to understand. BTS has 7 all stars. All their individual musical tastes are different. Unlike in Kpop they are not homogenous. They each express that individuality in their solo songs. Then bring it to BTS. Thats why BTS has such a big fan base. Whatever your taste they have it and its excellent... Plus even if you are tone deaf, they started off releasing reality content on the internet before their debut. They are naturally hillarious. So their reality content is a great antidepressant. More so because they are chaotic, goofy, and competitive. Where else would you find two international stars laughing and fighting over an icecream or ecstatic because they won a rice cooker in a game. Unscriptable their management just kept giving them scenarios likely to be chaotic and filmed them. A favourite was to make them do tasks or punishments for losing that involve a members fear. I guess you can say RUN BTS, IN THE SOOP, SUCHWITA, seasons are my favourite reality content..

The scar represents his trauma. The trilogy is the story of his healing journey, and the scar gets fainter as he heals more. The Mad King, representing his earlier self with blonde hair like his early years in BTS, has a fresher scar than the peasant AgustD in Daechwita. The Mad King is isolated, paranoid, and full of rage. The Peasant has his 6 brothers behind him, representing BTS and a woman representing ARMY. He is more confident, less wrathful, not alone. The Corrupt Detective in Haegeum has a more healed scar than the Peasant in Daechwita, but the street Agust D in Daechwita has no scar. The Detective is his corruption, his greed, his ego self. The Street AgustD is killing off his greed and obsession with image and control. He is letting go of labels and expectations and embracing himself as he is. He still has 6 guys behind him, as his BTS brothers. Amygdala is a prequel/origin story of his traumas, which he considers "self-inflicted wounds" because he was not able to deal with the things that happened in his life because he was too young or not emotionally healthy. He really has been through a hell of a lot, more than he mentions in Amygdala. Also - my chopstick theory: Notice the red chopsticks we focus in on at the beginning and then end of the MV. A Haegeum is a traditional Korean instrument you can hear on the track. It is a stringed instrument played with a bow. A Haegeum has two strings, like the two red chopsticks. The chopsticks represent his music. He both "slays" his enemies and feeds himself (both literally and figuratively) with his music.
