I just gave that exact same tractor to a friend because the mower deck was just getting worn out. I used that mower for 24 years before I bought a new one. Motor still ran like new.
Man, you are a VW master! Don't know why they'd design it with the bolt hidden back there but there's a lot of questions when it comes to come of the vw stuff, haha. Mixed bag it seems. Also, nice "END PEED ONE" sign. Those wheels look great!
You would be easier to watch if you had a nice bald peen hammer instead of a body hammer. My body hammer cost so much I cringe when you hit those steel pins. Naw, just kidding. You do a good job with what you have. I love your air hammer too.
Ok take rod out of shaft then tac wield sproket or pulley to it old bearing or big washers wi cable on bar like hand bar and lever to totate like the themb throttles in banshies
Someone should remake those so they could be used in case you got stranded somewhere far out with a vehicle breakdown and you can get back to town that's got a large gas tank I bet it would go for miles
I think you should take the best one of those track paddles that haven't been worn as much and estimate its original dimensions then put it into CAD and 3D print a lot of them if you're going to keep this to ride or sell
There is a compact soft top that is much cheaper and effective for keeping off the rain when traveling in a Thing. Available at any shop that sells Hats and Coats.
My grandpa had every attachment for that , including a chainsaw that I never saw him use. He had a wooden cart for it and would ride me all over as a small child on his 10 acres... Good times
That seating arraignment was called the 2+2 in the Mustang fastback. I would assume in this one also. Too bad about the frame but depending on what he wants to do they're available, just not cheap for aftermarket.
Hi Darren- I just wanted to send you something small to put towards tools or a yard sale purchase or whatever. Im not a mechanic, but grew up on a farm and always enjoyed time spent with my Dad - I nicknamed him MacGyver as he was always tinkering with something or other. I really enjoy your videos, particularly the variety of things that you work on. Thank you very much for all you do.
Back in college my father warned me that what it would be like when the throttle cable would break... it did!!! I used two coins to get it loose... walked about 1/2 miles to the shop and bought a new one. Got it is as tight as I could and drove it home. so easy to work on.
I know these larger videos probably mess up your algorithm for RU-vid. However I'll say it again I like these because I get to watch them through the week. It's nice not to have to wait so long to watch another one that way!!!! Also like the VW stuff.
