Nice video. The property location is sought after and hence the asking price. I would have liked to see more quality detail such as kitchen hob, sink, white goods. The entrance door looked imposing and well finished but wardrobes didnt have that same feel/look of quality, high value and it would be nice to feature on the sliding windows because like car doors, this tells much. Is there an alarm system, auxillary/independent power..? Pity not to present a show home so we could see it furnished and appreciate more the scale and size. And coving/wainscotting would add more detail to a lot of bare walls...

Especially not in prime, sought-after spots like this, where top-end properties come at a premium. Just because it’s Africa doesn’t mean it’s any less valuable. The land alone in this area is worth millions, whether in dollars or Ghanaian cedis.
