$60,000 USD can do a better job without furnishing, we like to over price stuff in Ghana, and in Nigeria and south Africa you'd be amazed the property you can buy with$180,000. very annoying and insulting your discount is only $5 for this whack of a property
You may be right that prices are better in those location..however, peace of mind and minimum hijacking and crime I suppose will also be far better than getting something cheaper..what are your thoughts? Thanks for your comment 😊

I absolutely agree😅.however, where there's the utility area you can actually fit another kitchen there to assist. You will also get direct access to the garden allow air ventilation.
i understand it's well furnished and stunning but how many Ghanaians can afford this at this era of high volatile cedi depreciation , perhaps the target market is not a high school chemistry teacher , what do i know
This people are still owing me. If I cast a spell on you guys it will come to pass. After doing your finishing paint, they will come and break the walls for pipes or electrical works. and asks you to do it again without adding a penny to it. Indigo you guys are terrible.

@trevlynGhana to be realistic, it shouldn't be more than $50k. $180k for a lease hold apartment in ghana is crazy! And please don't call it an investment 😅
