I love the bedrooms however not so much space downstairs for the kitchen, living room and dining area and the fact that you don’t own the land is another downfall.

Thanks for pointing that out..we have all the details and price in the description tab. As prices of properties change in Ghana rapidly it is not included in the actual video. This helps with any future changes without confusing the clients.
Who in Ghana can afford a $350,000 house; Not the average person. Who are you really targeting with this price, because without financing or a bank loan even most people abroad can not afford this inspite of what you may believe.

Many Ghanaians (especially Diasporans) can afford that. It's not an average house, so please stop complaining that average persons cannot afford it. Just enjoy the beauty!
