I find your content helpful. I'm an Art Director & Motion Designer. Fulltime freelance bringing in $80k - $90k but I've had years as low as $25k. I'm trying to get out of the feast/famine cycle. So, I'm exploring ways to pivot /reposition myself.
I recently jumped full time into consulting in the embedded systems engineering field. I found your book on Amazon Kindle a few weeks ago and that led me to your channel. I wanted to comment on the video that the flexibility and control like you are talking about is definitely what motivated me the most to make the jump. While I have had some pretty flexible jobs the last 5 years, you don't get the same say over what you work on or your schedule as an employee compared to when you are independent. I am still pretty early in my endeavor, so I don't have quite the independence I will once I build a bigger network of clients, but I am looking forward to that.

That's right, a certification isn't required to be successful. You need to have expertise and the ability to solve problems that people and organizations have and deliver real value.
