Just so everyone knows, it crashes on console after a certain point. I play with two other people and the crash rotates between all of us. Corrupted my PS4. Plus the UI sucks, and there's no scale.
they would be fine on xbox if they fuckin added keyboard and mouse support, which the devs seem to refuse to do which i dont understand, especially considering that not only are these games built around it, but the console suppprts it. For example, Age of Empires 4 on xbox supports KBM, so its just like playing on PC if u use KBM which i do, and as much as id like to play games like this one, i absolutely refuse to play without KBM support
There’s a wood glitch where if you are out of wood, you can’t make any more logging camps or foresters to collect more wood and I don’t know what to do…
The way I play, which is intensively, yes it is definitely worth it, in fact I wouldn’t consider playing without I understand why some people don’t like it, but the way I see it, I got the game for free on PS+ and I have invested hundreds of hours in it since, so I guess I can spend a few bucks in a subscription, that offers huge advantages and gives me back the equivalent of what I spent in atoms
i love this game sooo much. sadly multiplayer is dead/or isnt working on steam. i had it for xbox. hopefully it gets revived soon/or updates/getting more people. or an iron brigade 2? lol rip to a beatiful game.
If storage is the main problem get a friend to make 3 mule account max strength and all carry weight perks and just trade anything you want to between them
On console version now, can we select different difficulties in the dynamic campaign for the rts and strategic map parts like on pc? I cant find with what update that was added on pc, i know console is at 1.4 for now, hopefully will get further updates 1.5, 1.6, ..
Absolutely love AoW4 It’s unique even compared to other 4X games because of how customizable it is, and with the latest expansions it’s truly remarkable how much you can do Next expansion (last in season pass 1) comes out in June 2024 so it’s not long away! SO HYPED FOR ELDRITCH HORRORS Hahaha
I’m a PS5 player too and the patches and expansions have been SO GOOD 🎉 I also am absolutely amazed with how reactive and receptive the devs are, such bros
hopefully they wake a wardrobe that holds unlimited clothing and a fridge for storing unlimited food and keeping it fresh this would be epic , and i wouldnt mind if they upgraded our storage carry capacity to show being in the wastelands for so long just upgrading it
I mainly just want it for the scrap box and survival tent but bonus atom points for skins isnt bad either it should be like 7.99 or 9.99 tho not 12.99 and they need to raise vender limit to like 2k a day at least
I’ve been playing for a week or so. Never noticed the Fallout 1st was free for a week in the Atom Shop. Never felt like I needed it at all. Seems like I got enough stash and a few caps to fast travel when I have hundreds is fine. I didn’t like it at all on release. Not sure why it’s clicking now. It’s super fun and it’s more my speed for a MMO. I hate all the fantasy MMOs, they are over done.
Are private servers ACTUALLY new servers now? I recall a lot of looted lobbies because you were paying to join a set of private servers. Not your own server instance. Meaning the people that played before you could loot your area
I started 76 when it first came out, quit for a year or two, but joined Fallout 1st for the first time last night. When I booted up the private server, It was a brand new server with nothing dead or looted.
This is by far the best vid i have found on the topic, one object of criticism (without seeing any later videos) which is extremelu small, as it can be fixed on the viewers end is that your voice is very quiet throught the video Will edit this after i check out any later videos to see if its any better.
So what happens when you use fallout 1st items in your camp and then the subscription runs out? Do they just disappear or do you get to keep everything you claim with fallout 1st?
So from what i could find online, not 100% sure if its true or not, but apparently you get to keep everything you claim from the "fallout 1st" section in the store and that's it. I will be getting the 1 month at 50% off today. So i will be able to confirm what you get to keep in like 30ish days cause i claimed the free fallout 1st preview too. The 1 month at $6.50 (50% off) gets you 1650 atoms and 1600 atoms is $15 bucks in the store so its good at least to get some atoms for cheap. The survival tent i think its called seems like the best thing. You can put it down anywhere as much as you want and it has your stash, a bed, the junk box, and a place to cook. So you literally never have to worry about being too heavy cause you can just drop stuff off whenever you want. Just remember to immediately cancel the subscription if you buy it. That way you don't forget about it and get charged for another month 30 days later. That happened to me in ESO once lol.
