People saying the graph is important, and all the technical stuff is important... but personally it doesnt say much as all. most cheap bladed fans "out perform" a dyson on technicality and charts but in PRACTICAL use Dyson shows better results, so for me I would rather someone have to use all 3 during a heatwave and then tell me which one performed better than what a reader says
Great review. Ha e you seen the fan offered at Canadian Tire? NOMA Bladeless HEPA Filter Oscillating 10-Speed Air Purifier. Looks like a Dyson, Way lower price point. Can't find any reviews on it tho.
I love your honesty. Im buying it because i have 2 babies and dont want their fingers stuck. Thats really the only reason instead of buying a 20$ fan 🤷🏻♀️
I don't have that particular Dreo fan, I have the Nomad One. Cost me £94 and it is amazing. Not a "fan" of the remote because as someone who is vision impaired I need something more tactile but it is manageable. So far that is the only con I can find for the Dreo Nomad One.
Aperture is for background blur, not motion blur. In theory, you are right, but on these type of cameras, the shutter speed is directly linked to the to the frame rate (it cannot be adjusted), so FPS does affect motion blur (like in video games). And in videography, shutter speed is typically twice the fps, so motion blur is different according to the selected fps (however, it can be adjusted manually with a real camera).
@@TEKDAD thanks for the response. I think there are many factors that cause motion blur. I believe that frame rate is at bottom of the list. I work with and install systems. I’m not an expert in the electronics but have learned a few things along the way for example a decent 4k camera needs at a minimum a 1/1.8 image sensor preferably 1/1.2 and an apertures of f1.0 or f1.2. I learned the lessons using cheaper cameras.
Thanks. I’m not an electronics expert but have learned through experience. I do not use lite series cameras or big box store systems as they use small sensors etc.
Your review actually helped us to decide to buy both of the fans. We live in a high-rise in Chicago where the heating system does not get turned off until nearly June, and our air conditioners cannot cope with our cooling needs during spring time because of it. Based on your recommendation, first we got the Honeywell fan, and we love how quiet it is but it doesn’t have enough airflow for our needs. So later the same day, now we’re getting the Dyson fan (at a good discount and with a trade-in at Best Buy) to have higher airflow. We will put the Dyson in a room with a strong air conditioner and face it towards our apartment’s main hallway, in a location where it can be as loud as it needs to be. And we will put the Honeywell at the end of the hallway facing into our living room, where its quieter operation and lesser airflow will work just fine paired with the Dyson. So not exactly the point of the review, but thank you for helping us graduate from two old Vornado floor fans.
Bro do you have discord? I literally need help I have everything and it's not working I have the s24 ultra a USBC to HDMI cable the HD60S capture card and a HDMI to HDMI for the computer I don't understand nothing is working
I use a much cheaper capture card and it at least does 720p60, which I think is adequate. If you're a new creator no-one is gonna be pixel-peeping your videos.
I guess my question is how good is the Dyson fan with dust? I know that you wiped the outside down but that doesn’t show how clean the inside stays and if the blade inside gets dusty, it’ll blow less and less. I love tower fans but they have to be cleaned a lot, and the tower blade is kind of big and tedious to clean. Also after about two or so years the tower fans always start making gurgling noises. So I wonder how the Dyson holds up over very long periods (I run the fan 24/7 365 basically. Love me some e white noise)
For anyone who has one...is it loud enough on high to drown out outside noises? As most shift workers know you learn to sleep with a somewhat noisy fan all the time so it's a consistent sound and/or if you have small children at home. Box and pedestal fans all eventually start rattling! We bought an enclosed ceiling fan that's gorgeous and goes from low to loud. However, it rattles inconsistently at that! Reviews were mixed and now I know which ones were spot on! 🥴 We aren't looking for cold air. Boggles my mind people just assumed this blew cold air. It's just a fan. Guy in review thinks it's loud, but is it shift worker loud enough? We usually run any fan on medium so that's what we'd need from this fan. We just need something not ugly that won't eventually rattle! HELP! lol PS I personally liked his accent! Sounds way better than our hillbilly hick accent! 🤭
This auto played in the background and I was like... George St-Pierre made a gunstock?! I absolutely love the shit load of tape. Lol hideous, I love it! White trash for the win baby! I'm totally down for this. Bravo, thanks for sharing with us!
