@stuartgeorge2324 I would really like to do a video for it but it's school holidays now so my spare time has disappeared for the next 6 weeks 😄 got a few pre recorded videos scheduled to go up over some of the gap though 😄👍🏻
Appreciate the shotout and good choices Stuart, haven't seen Logan's Run or Time After Time. David Croneberg's The Fly is amazing and among the best remakes I have seen, loving the vampire films Platoon is really good, haven't seen Casualties Of War. Thanks, you have given me some new films to watch
Fantastic choices Stuart and thanks for the kind words 😀🙏🍿🎸🎶 I really enjoyed ‘Logan’s Run’; not seen ‘The Omega Man’ shock horror 😱 I absolutely love ‘Time After Time’ & ‘The Time Machine’; both fantastic movies Stuart; I definitely go see this as a Cinema Double Bill 🤩🙌 I’m going to see the original Star Wars trilogy on Saturday at Tyneside; cannot wait man 🙌 Thanks for taking part Stuart; hope you having a good week 😀🙏🍿🎸🎶
Don't usually watch two films in a row, but have done recently with the two liam neeson films.Utter brainrot😂 Some good choices time after time and the time machine👍😎
Still yet to see the original Fly from 1958 but big fan of Jeff Goldblums 1986 remake.. hopefully I can pickup the 58 release soon for a watch 😎👍 Love Platoon.. likewise one of my fav war movies 👍
I too had a crush on Jenny Agutter when I saw Logan's Run... Good combinations!!! The last time I did a double feature like this was Dunkirk and The Darkest Hour - two different parts of the same event...
Hi Stuart Great list of double bill movies all great films. Here's my list Westwold (1973) and The Terminator (1984). Play misty for me 1971) and Fatal attraction(1988) Spartcus(1960) And Gladiator (2000) High planes drifter (1973 And Pale Rider 1985). Cheers mate
Nice selections Stuart…. was going to post a video similar to this as a follow up to the one I did a couple months ago so you will have to wait for mine 😂👍
Hi Stuart, this is one of the best films ever made, no matter how far in it is, if I see it on TV I will watched it to the credits. The performances throughout are without equivocation. The score is phenomenal, I could listen to that all day, I will have to track down the cd. Nice one mate, take care👍😃👍
Shawshank is such a great film I only have the 4k and a vhs. I really need to get a PAL vcr and add to my European VHS collection you guys get some of the cooler art work. Trying to track down Fifth Element & Leon VHS from the UK.
Great pick up Stuart, Frank Darabont's best followed closely by The Green Mile and The Mist. The book by Stephen King is amazing although quite different to the film, cheers buddy
Wow 30 years, I agree with you Stuart, absolute masterpiece. Just a quick side note, I watched The Count of Monte Cristo which you mentioned in a previous video and I really enjoyed it, top recommendation bud 👍 Nice pickup too

The Shawshank redemption is indeed a masterpiece, a perfect film to me. I have been a Stephen King freak my entire life it seems and I read the Novella years before I saw the film. The original title was Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank redemption and it’s in the book different seasons. There are four stories in that book, three of them have been made into movies. Shawshank, apt pupil, and stand by me, which was adapted from the Novela the body. That is an absolute beautiful addition you haveStuart.
