I don’t know if I’m making this up, but I vividly remember that when update 1.0 came out, one of the developers said that they weren’t going to add any more creatures, which I’m was false, so that’s most likely what the no creatures past 1.0 one means and why it has quotation marks on it.
You can also get the mint mace is in the exposed pipe, you need a tier 2 blade and you get the minitour maze key and open the chest on the picnic table, your welcome :)
The mantis pollen attack was not removed for traditional difficulty reasons, it was removed because i absolutely destroyed your game’s performance and frames. The tripwire bombs were in fact removed. The reason for this is because they were terrible and incredibly ineffective. I found this out the hard way around release because i used a tripwire bomb on the wolf spider cave under the plank and on detonation the explosion was both offset and did next to no damage
The fist build is also iconic in Grounded due to it at one point being the weakest build in the game, then the strongest, then back down to the weakest
Heres most of the things basically explained Pond door: It had an easter egg in which its sounds would become wendells face if put into a spectrogram, currently it is used to access NG+ Door Clip/Fling: The clip part refers to the part where if you didnt jump while on the door, you could clip inside objects, being the main reason it was removed as you could skip progression very easily Animal Fur: Cut resource that was found in teh shed, was found inside a hamster cage in the area and a dog bed. Used in various cut items like a now implemented Killbasa and the earwig sword Grounded Tat: Refers specifically to a developer tat not this rando Black Shamrock Codenames: They are as said the codenames of the bosses developed by company Black Shamrock in the files, even to this day, being WIcklow = Wasp Queen, Limerick = Lizard, and Antrim = Ant Queen when she was still a boss. Only the Wasp Queen was fully implemented, and funny enough all of these bosses were datemined before even 1.0, with teh codenames leading to alot of theories on waht the bosses were. ALso they are Irish bc BLack Shamrock is Irish company go figure. Shed; Shed is a whole bag in itself. It was a cut area in which its only known purpose is that it would be the location of teh Wasp Queen bossfight. The player would reach it via ascending the shed, with teh two known ways being teh shelf in teh back of the shed and activating a computers fan to blow the player up. At the top was the wasp nest were the boss was. It was cut due to being too unstable on the Xbox 1, however most of its assets are not "still in the files" but instead repurposed for the Brawny Boy Bin, hence why the Wasp Queen resides there. The Earwigs and Silverfish that called the area home were not as lucky as wasps, and were all cut.
You forgot the dead dog. Basically there is a secret cave where there is a giant skeleton and players think that it is the dog of the kids. Idk if it is true but i also visited the skeleton and it could be true. After all. Liked and subbed great video Wai nvm 8:32 it was being said it is a dog seems it was a hamster. What makes it even scarier since many youtubers said they wanted to add a hamster

I think the reason the lizard boss was scrapped was because the lizard would've have red blood. This would've forced the game to increase the age rating so they decided against it.
awesome man i just realised how much grounded has gone through its kind of insane what other game has gone through this much. HEY EDIT wicklow antrim limerick are all counties/states in my country lol look them up theyre in ireland
🌟The patato chef behind the door is from the original stages of the game where when you went into spectate mode, if you went inside the door of the shed there was a drawing of a "potato chef" by the devs. If you got closer to the right eye of the potato chef it would show you a Zacmar card from the card game "Lords of the Eastern Reach". Loving these vids bro, gets cooler each time!
The only thing about that cut traps was the bomb tripwire, which was overly expensive to use at the time and a cut concept for a catapult, tho i don't know much about it, just that it exists.
congrats on 200 bro! forest reminds me of grounded a bit. bro edit I kept watching and wtf was that thing is scared the shit out of me and I'm not even playing
Lab chair was a chair you found the plans for and you could place if im not trippin you found the plans in one of the labs i remember also having problems placing it
nice vid, some small issues with some stuff there and here but pretty solid. also me is guy who does most of the wiki and all I can really say is go deeper into the cut content page, especially for more of the upcoming ones.
A tip is to spam a lot of mounted creatures for coziness level in ur home if u get 3 u get a mutation called hauling strength which makes u able to carry more
