Great work. I do (non dod ket) on my 2015 tahoe, and I deactivate dod program, but I get P0011 camshaft position!! what is the wrong for that?? Thanks.
What is the life span of Esab welding machines? I’m wanting to get one for doing side jobs, an id hate if it takes a crap past the warranty then have to drop another few thousand every 3.5-4 years
I've had my 235 for about 5 years or so great machine the knob is the only thing that isn't aging well other than that works fine definitely outliving my buddies miller
I have a 2009 GT G8 and the screen on my radio display has something on it that will not come off and I need to replace it. Do you have a source where I could get a replacement? Thanks for your help!
I have a question. I have a 8.5 C clamp rear end. But I already ordered a bear brake kit for c clamp and someone was telling me to do the eliminator with spool. Can I still run the same bear brakes?
got a 07 ram 1500 with dual mbrp exhaust gonna get long tube headers here soon in a month or so. should i get the ebay ones for $700 something dollars or should i buy somewhere else. definitely dont want no cheap shit i have the money fortunately to spend on some nice ones any advice would be great on where to and what to buy.
Bro, my truck chevy 5.3 l83 motor must be a god tier motor fully stock on engine internal no issues or ticking, only the transmission shutter, but im about to fully rebuild my 6l80e with everything upgraded new torque converter clutch plates etc even new driveline axle plus new cam since I'm investing in a converter and transmission to hold the power
This video is a eye opener for me because I'm about to start my car for the first time in 8 years that has been down so I this will remind me to have the extinguisher next to me and pull the car outside. I'm planning to turn the fuel pump alone first to see if there are any leaks as I did some fuel plumbing and changed my fuel rail, fpr etc. Can you tell me what are those bulkhead connections in the engine bay that goes to your fuse box panel please? I know black is the ground but there are two reds that is confusing me. Thanks.
@@DAPerform thanks! Good to know. I have another question if I may, am I doing this wrong? My starter wire and alternator power wire goes to my + bulkhead connector and from the connector to a busbar that comes from a 150a fuse and then battery.
Whether you swap to headers or not the hardware just needs to be changed. There is some theory behind the log style manifold causing additional stress on the rear most bolts but who actually knows. If your changing the bolts I would change the to headers while I’m in there
Looks good . I know you had this car going for a while but ive seen in the past where using welding cable heats up on a long run to the trunk. I'd want to use battery cable. Maybe because its thicker strands . Not really sure.
I haven’t seen any issue finding welding cables. It’s the same principal the strand count helps carry the load more efficiently and effectively compared to to less strands
Just bought some off a guy on fb marketplace brand new in the box for 100 bucks he blew his engine before he put em on engine had over 200k on it😂 go figure
I have a 2011 Ram 5.7 with the Carven Progressive, cat delete and rear resonators deleted and a custom tune. It sounds good and very aggressive and I’m getting JBA shorty’s installed soon. I’ve heard that the shorty’s can quiet down the exhaust note a bit, but I figured it will definitely flow way better than the log style manifolds. Were you overall happy with the shorty’s?
@@DAPerformok thanks for the feedback, I’m sure I’ll be happy with the JBA shorty’s I’m getting installed. The cat delete definitely made a world of difference in sound with the Carven progressive
Hey..... to prevent snapping bolts.... Has anyone tried that heater... That turns the bolts glowing red.. Should prevent snapping if you first heat them.up... Thoughts???
How are these working out for you? I just finished an install and they seem to be hit and miss. I have the receiver less than a foot from the paddles but still need to click a gear 2 or sometimes 3 times before it takes. It’s not all the time but enough to be very frustrating.
I had the same problem I hid the receiver under the dash about 12” away but it was still too far moved it under the steering column about 6” away and they work like a dream! What transmission are you using ?
@@DAPerform Oh nice thats great to hear. I’m using a 6l80e. I’m gonna move them right behind the steering wheel and see if that helps. That truck is stupid clean, incredible build!
