Just did Tuesday workout, my goal is to complete October and see my results. I’m not fat but I’m not skinny either mostly because I play basketball but I am out of shape so I’ll try to update weekly if anyone is interested.
I can budget pretty well and eat on $30 a week with chicken thighs, white rice, eggs, and potatoes. $30 per day is insane, especially for 1 person to eat.
As I have had a damaging stroke and can't do much anymore I am trying the exercises very gently to try to get a little more strength and help with more coordination and balance
