And that last out side corner you installed the bigger side of the outside corner you cut short and the 45 is off. Better tighten up that 1/4 game son.
Yea look at that last inside corner it’s gapped and at the bottom looks like someone burnt with their teeth with that big hole at the bottom of it cause that cutter does not cut that type of 1/4 very precise and I know this for a fact cause it’s happened to me.

The Crain 1/4 cutter is better I had that cutter. Crain cuts through all types of 1/4 like butter. My ? Is what are you using 18gauge nail and nail gun and blasting holes through 1/4. That’s a gun you use for baseboard. Why not use a 23 gauge pin nail gun for a nicer finish.
This is a godsend. 70% of my house was gutted after that insane flood we got in the midwest, I'm doing most of the repairs myself and and all my walls are textured, so I've been sitting here trying to figure out how to texture the patches that are going in to the flood cuts.
Now tell us about your propane and propane accessories?? 😂 but for real, thanks man. I was just thinking about how this would work out and you helped me out.
Fantastic video, and your a very creative guy. Wonder if you could give me some advice and answer a couple questions ? 1) why would the water get into the drain trough when sunroof is "closed"? would it be from the rubber O ring drying up ? that seals off the upper outer edge of the sunroof ? If yes, ( likely) do you think that rubbing on some AT 205 - which expands and swells rubber, would this solve the water from getting in to begin with ? Maybe it would, what do you think ? Question 2 - If I never have my sunroof open, but would just like to use it as more or less a window, do you think that putting on FLEX SEAL, or a high quality silicone around the total upper surface edge of the sunroof window, would stop this water from getting in to begin with ?? If I could stop the water from getting in, to start with, then I'd be very happy just using it as a window to brighten up the inside ? I don't think I have the skill to do what you did. I have a OLDS - 2001 Aurora, that never leaked at all, until about 6 months ago and the last time I had the sunroof open to the air was about 4 years ago. Now I know why the inside slider that covers the sunroof window, now has the cloth starting to hang loose, so it looks like water has attacked the adhesive or whatever fastens it to the slider board, that slides forward and covers the sunroof window. Also I had quit bit of water on the "interior" passenger floorboard, and it's likely coming from the drain tube as you describe that drains under the quarter panel. Maybe I'll get "LUCKY" and you'll answer my questions :) The way I see it, if I never open the Sunroof, why not just put on a good sealer, all around the outer circumfrance of where the sunroof glass buts up to the thin rubber O Ring piece that surrounds the "upper surface" of the sunroof window ? The way I'm thinking, is no water is good, so why not prevent it from getting in, because if you don't, it will eventually ruin your interior overhead liner, and cause it to sag down, and you'd have to replace it. Had this happen before. What do you think ? Love to get a reply from you, as you look very skilled, and great video (in Canada)
Better if you'd shown the finished look _after_ it dried and was painted. The key is the blend. If you're not showing the blended look of the patch, then the videos overall value is diminished.
This primarily works if you have at least one outside corner per cut. If they are inside corners you’d most likely have to have some sort of measuring tool
even on the heavy setting mine came out super fine like sand looks like crap and totally obvious.I think maybe my issue was not shaking it long enough! I will try again
I am about to attempt a few patch textures right now. I am good with a hopper but not so good with the can spray but after seeing your technique I am ready.
