This is EXACTLY what I was talking about. Fools are gonna hate out of jealousy, but you pulling major sponsorships as a powerlifter will definitely help open more doors for other powerlifters. That, in turn, will help to introduce powerlifting to more people that know nothing about it. It will cause them to ask questions like, “Who is this car that they’re willing to have him promote their product. What does he do?” Again, there are gonna be jealousy from people wishing they had those deals, but keep hustling young king. Keep getting that money! 🤑

I do some lying hamstring curls before, it warms up your hams and glutes pretty well and sometimes I may walk backwards on a treadmill to warm up my knees.
You're a little behind the bar when you pull, this is a mistake all conventional pulls for when switching over, can you see when you're pulling your shoulders go in front of the bar? keep that and keep your armpits inline with the bar, i hope you read this.
