In anything Russ especially in sports, your gonna have good great days, and your gonna have days were you don't have it. I think the key is to embrace the good and work even harder on the days when you don't have it. It's called mental toughness. You've played sports so you have it so embrace the good with the bad, because its part of the process. You got this player, so go represent.
When I first came around your channel you have not yet won worlds, still very much in the upcoming phase, but even then I never had a doubt you were the best to do it in that weight class.

There are people in other countries who are stronger than you think they are, and they don’t have a platform or as you say the privilege to be out there. So coz you have a channel or you’re an American, that doesn’t give you the license to say that you’re best in the World. You might be the very best in your country, and saying that is absolutely fine. But you’re not the only one in this entire planet, so please be humble man. I have seen people lift 675-700 on a bad day, you get me? You’re an amazing athlete no doubt, but ain’t the only one in this solar system.
