You're right to highlight the calories in all our swallows and debunking the myth that promotes wheat over eba. However, you did not mention the glycemic indices of these swallows which is actually what makes the most difference in terms of weight loss management. Glycemic index is the reason eba is much better than semo in promoting weight loss. You should do a video on this.

Meal prep ideas for the week (Weight loss friendly) The above recipe made 6 servings, but for 3 servings, you split by half and this is what you need to achieve 385 calories per serving; 1 tablespoon oil 1 cup Raw rice 100g Panla fish 75g Ponmo 1 cup chicken broth 2 cups ugwu leaves (note, the more, the merrier) We don't do “dieting food” and “Normal food” here, we eat everything portioned.
