The key is eating in Maintence and not over eating. Only you know if you are eating more than you need there is no need to eat past full.

There different sizes of cups😢 Which cup are you referring to?

A cup is actually a standard measurement. Its not the same as saying this is the cup that I drink from. 1 cup = 0.237 liter. So 4 cups is just a bit less than 1 liter
