The second time I go to get replacement filters they are doing something odd. It worked fine with the new pitcher and filter. Replacement filters on Amazon sucks. I got grey water and one of the replacement filters I had leaked at the top. I refuse to spend money on shipping to return crappy products to Amazon. The reviews on your own website about these filters are not good either.
Zero water filters are very expensive but I'm a huge fan. However lately two out of every four filters in the package don't work. The water runs right through them very quickly and reads at 116 instead of 000. Wondering what other system to try.
I just need to know how to get the fkkn lid off. It's as if mine is defective. I've had 2 other folks try and we now believe it accidentally was glued shut in production. I'll be calling the company
I just opened the box today. After many tries, I hunted up the video, which looked too easy. So I tried one more thing-I placed my fingers at the button end of the pitcher and pulled up; the end where my fingers were popped up and then the other end popped up, which released the lid. I wanted to try this before going for a screwdriver. It worked, thanks to some help from Above:). Now I will have to see how things go from here.
Yes but it is incredibly difficult do not try to force it out that will either break it or damage it there are two small white clips that need to be pushed in for it to pop out this is almost impossible it took me several hours with a tweezers to do it
We just bought it and it leaks down the sides of the filter. It's screwed in right. I get readings of 200 from the filtered water. I emailed the co. abd they just said wipe it out w/a paper towel, make sure the filter's good. I think I wasted my money
Even if this much filteration is possible in a home pitcher filter, it is idiotic to want it. We need certain minerals and metals in our water. "Pure" water is actually a negative for us.
Sure, would be nice if the box had some photos or if the instruction booklet had some photos on which way to turn the pieces so I knew if I had them upright or upside down that would be a good thing to add for regular normal human beings so they know they're putting it back together correctly.
You don't want a DTS free water filter because it removes all of the good minerals that you need. There are some on the market that do not remove the needed minerals but do remove 99% of harmful contaminates including lead.
At the Zero Water site, there's a pic of the 52 cup with pedestal and shows it standing at 16 inches tall. So it should fit not only in the fridge, but on a counter top, because most cabinets are 17 inches from the counter top.
I am disgusted with this zero water 5 stage 32 cup pitcher. I've purchased 2 of these months ago but now just realizing the reason my water has brown residue in it(looks like algae). The filter itself does not lock in place like others, and water drips in between the hole where the filter is placed. The top cover itself is made as if it is suppose to lock the filter. Both are the same. I would not recommend this to anyone. It's so hard to get clean water that you don't have to pay for.
Why all or your glass dispenser leak? Either from the spigot or sides of the filter ? Also the top produces so many black spots around the filter. Returning mine.
Do not buy zero water! Waste of money their filter lasted me 2 weeks and now tastes like acid... customer service is useless aswell and dont reply.... stay away... total waste... guess im going back to britta...

The instructions seem to show the setup unclearly. The photo of the “nut” doesn’t show which side goes front. Mine has been leaking and it’s hard to tell which direction each piece should go when the shapes in the instructional papers don’t match the actual pieces of the unit.
Zero water makes it 0 at the beginning. After 2 weeks, it filters my 257 water to 650. Yes, the number increases dramatically after going through the filter. What is the hack? How could the water filter make it worse! This is the 2nd zero water filter we got from Target. Tired of the drama of this filter. Returned again.
I'm throwing mine in the trash. After a few months of use, the water has an awful fishy taste. I cleaned the unit and put in a new filter. The same thing happened again.
Zero does indeed do a great job of removing the bad stuff- but it removes the good stuff too. MAKE SURE you eat a balanced diet and then, by all means, wash it down with ZeroWater. Best of heath to all.
