I almost bought a Brita or Pur just based on popularity. What a difference a little research makes😊 I actually thought the Zerowater was a generic at first.

Just tested the Brita filtered water with a brand new filter and is showing 120, i have been drinking this water for one year and spending money changing filters every one month 😤

The one on the left is a terrible pitcher. I think it has to do with the design. The water doesn’t push down

It's eventually gets faster but not that fast and yes I just bought one today might return it to get the 22 cup one

We need minerals so if you gonna use the "filtered" water to drink from regular then you can remineralize the water by adding fine Himalayan Sea salt.

you get minerals from food..no need to add anything extra like sodium thats just gonna end up giving you high blood pressure.

Is zero water and purified water the same as DI water used in the lab?

We just bought it and it leaks down the sides of the filter. It's screwed in right. I get readings of 200 from the filtered water. I emailed the co. abd they just said wipe it out w/a paper towel, make sure the filter's good. I think I wasted my money

My 30 cup dispenser has what looks like algae/fungus in the dispenser and there are no instructions on how to remove it and clean properly. I didn’t realize until I filled my ice cube tray. Any help (besides replacing) would be very much appreciated. I loved it until I realized how gross the dispenser is.

I wash it weekly with Dawn soap and quick brush on sides and bottom of pitcher. Some vinegar too. Let sit, rinse out with almost hot water.

I just need to know how to get the fkkn lid off. It's as if mine is defective. I've had 2 other folks try and we now believe it accidentally was glued shut in production. I'll be calling the company
