I worked on the railway for 21 years, started at CCP, then IC then to CN due to mergers, then illinois railnet....i mever met a largest group of cry babies iny life. I took my buyout and started a yrucking company....i been out 454 days with out going home as i have no option, i need to treat my employees better then myself....railway is easy and a cake walk to trucking....
I know there are "water coolers" but from what I hear from someone else who used to work on the railroad they were mostly used like regular refrigerators
