It can be tricky. Fortunately you'll only be tested on one set of signals in training. Some territories use multiple signal sets but its few and far between and is usually only a small section of track.
Where can I go to find the signals to study? I got my date to go to McDonough and I want to start studying or helping me learn these signals so I will remember them when it’s time for test
I’ll be working out of Muncie Indiana as home terminal Richmond, Indianapolis, new castle,Muncie as my areas around I do have NS op Manuel was wondering if those are my signals
Signals are not in the Operating Rules Book. They are in the e-learning modules, the placard that they hand out on day one of training and the practice test in the questions mark system for conductor training.
Hello everyone, I put my application in for Conductor for NS out of Maple Hts., OH (Cleveland) area. Is that still considered Conrail? I put my app in Friday 11/11/22. I subscribed right now and wish me luck and thank you for the tips. I like your videos, keep them coming.🤓

Yes . Selma is NS(Southern Signals). If you head over to Joey Cobb’s channel railroad talk he has a video on southern signals. My signals videos are on Conrail👍🏻🚂
I got on with NS through Harrisburg PA. A NS contact I have said to study NS signals. Should I study Conrail too? I've got the NS signals down pat. My start date is December 4th for training in McDonough. Any help you can provide would be most helpful
