I'm not usually the guy who pre-orders RC cars-in fact, I've literally never done it! But I HAD to pre-order one of these! 😍 I cannot believe it has been 20 years since the original Micro range 🤯
@losi show us how to build the shocks. They suck so bad. The caps are terrible and the fluid goes through the bottom of the shock. No way to bleed shocks. Please show a video of building shocks!!! Thanks
Still have two Micro Desert Trucks (one is still new sealed in the box), Micro T, 1/24 Truggy and a trail trekker. Also owned a couple micro baja bugs back in the day and lusted after the micro high rollers and raminators but never got a chance to pick one up. Losi was at its peak in the mid 2000s. Hopefully this marks a return to the hobby grade micro scene.
Excellent video! May I add that IF your installing any seals that are either cleaned up or new, add a little silicone oil to the shafts and seals so you don't damage the inner seal diameters installing them dry. They are very fragile and score/tear/damage incredibly easily. Also avoid any sharp edged tool to remove your seals if their going to be reused. A dull ended smooth tool is more helpful in removal reusing seals. Avoid scratching the aluminum seal bores during removal as a scratch may damage the forks ability to seal properly.
What a welcomed wait for this exciting return. Love my og micros and been wainting a new version for a while now. My order is in and cant wait to drive
I know you guys probably get bugged about this all the time but is there any word of something in the works at TLR? I love my 22 5.0 but its definitely feeling the test of time in terms of design ☹️ Love the new micros though 👍
Thanks Losi !! Love the Losi Mini's for the back yard, now I can race indoors too. I have lots of Losi cars but my dream is to own a JRX2 and JRXT but they are impossible to find in New Zealand so please please re-release them so I can my dream cars😊
that is tough, it would be smaller, slower and close to the same price :( Unless be make it plastic and then people get upset that it looks like a toy.
@LosiRacing Make an aluminum chassis an upgrade for people who want it And make it plastic for everyone else who doesn't care. We want small scale things Unfortunately with the price of houses tiny apartments might be all people have and a 36th scale would be incredible for them Just a thought Thank you for responding, when can I expect the one I ordered from my hobby store to come in?
@@LosiRacing I think its best to keep to one Micro scale. In the long run it will better benefit the racing communities and the aftermarket / future part support. And like you mentioned, Making a smaller quality car that needs such small tolerances is EXPENSIVE (most my 28th scale on road chassis range from $3-500.) 1/28 & 24th Scale is the perfect middle ground to have the larger track needed for 10-18th scale style racing but in a smaller space. Thats one of the many reason why it grew so rapidly in the past 5 years, and horizon hobby getting back in on the action will be a ton of fuel on the fire.
@@LosiRacing Do it please. 1/36 is perfect for living rooms. Doesn't need to be crazy fast. I have a micro DT with lipo 2s and the losi brushless 2.4 ghz that would go like 25mph plus but honestly it was perfect for indoors with just a lipo upgrade and running the old school crystal set
Will there be brushless upgrades/parts in general available down the line? Just want to be able to keep running this for years to come, so excited to see these back!
I had a mini desert truck in 2009. Just got a mini B last year. Now i can catch up on all the micros that i missed out out on after the desert truck era. I want a micro T. Thanks Losi.
There are air ducting on both side plates for motor & stator cooling but blocked by Losi? I'm sure dirt will reduce the life of components but air filters maybe a option.
Couldn’t make up my mind of which one to get so I had to get both lol. Affordable and fun! I can’t wait to show the guys at the track this! ☺️ I let them drive my Losi nascar around the road course track and now they want a piece of the action! 😁
wow, amazing job losi!!! you deserve a pat on the back for this one! we need a micro rally next, i have always wanted a small scale rally/onroad car but didn't want to spring for a mini z cause of their price! i have a mini jrxt but it isnt enough losi for me
The original 1/36 micro t was my first rc. The green one !!!! Almost 20 years later I still have 5 functional micros 2 bajas 2 micro ts and one dr. I have 2 original mini ts and a mini t 2.0 currently. Been dying for the micro t to come back 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 hoping it drops soon
