Hi I'm Jess, welcome to the official Fashion and Style Edit RU-vid Channel.
I'm a UK based fashion blogger who loves timeless style with a Parisian twist:) I like finding high quality pieces that look chic and effortless but won't blow the budget, and creating that perfect capsule wardrobe of classic 'forever' pieces. I share my styling tips, outfit ideas, Lookbook's, hear all about the latest fashion trends and the odd Haul video, every Sunday on my channel.
Thanks so much for finding me, I know there's a lot to choose from on RU-vid, I hope my videos give you a little inspiration, Jess x

I enjoy many things about your channel: you are a lovely, charming, likable young woman; you are REAL and talk to us, unlike so many of the AI-voiced channels; you show lots of fun, wearable outfits & offer many helpful tips on putting together our own outfits!! Keep up the good work!!
I normally tune in for style advice, but boy today I can’t take my eyes off the rubber plant! 🪴 I realized I’ve been subconsciously following IT’S growth! ❤😅
Haha that made me giggle 🤣 It’s doing well isn’t it! First time we’ve managed to keep a plant alive so long 🙈 Mind you I don’t think I can take much credit, David’s in charge of plant watering;)
For my lifestyle I find keeping a pair of denium shorts handy. They are almost indestructible when going beach walking and sitting on jagged rocks for example for a rest. . Also, for sitting on the grass. I've learnt my lesson as I've ruined a few pair of good swimwear . The hardest thing on swimwear is climbing onto the rocks and sitting before plunging back into the water.
Loved all the jeans outfits! Wish we had River Island in the US. Nordstrom supposedly carries the brand but when I went to their website I didn't see any of their jeans
Good evening Jess, I love the jeans you wear at the beginning. They look fab on you. 🥰❤️Also, the dark wash jeans are a great autumn/winter staple. An excellent styling video and wonderful its high street and affordable. 👏👏🤩Have a great week ❤ xx
Hey Sian, lovely to hear from you and I hope you had a wonderful weekend:) I love those wide-leg ones too, and certainly when I'm going with a little 70s bohemian vibe they work so well. So glad you found the video helpful hun, always a pleasure sharing ideas with you all and have a fab start to the week! Brollies out methinks!☔
I second that, so hard to get the length for me as I’m tall. Men’s trousers etc generally come in different lengths as standard but women’s don’t, they must think we don’t wear trousers and jeans! 😫
@@JoR00ke yeah, exactly. More retailers should offer this. Jeans and trousers look so much better when they reach the bottom of your shoe. Being 5.9, this rarely happens unless I can find a long length. Marks and Spencer in UK has the option on all their trousers😘
@@lorettaweber7737 Yes they actually look like they fit when they’re long enough! I’m in the UK and M&S are one of the few that do different leg lengths but the long length goes out of stock so quickly, even when they restock, shows the demand there is for them 😃 x
The item I like most in this video is your Christie jacket, which I am waiting for (2nd time). As I see you too cut away the thread in the back slit, did you have any problems? I found 4+4 holes and I sent it back to Sezane, whose customer service is always so kind. In the next I will leave the back part stitched. Would you be so kind to answer please?
Afternoon Jess, Although you look fantastic, I'm not a fan of wide leg jeans. I prefer dark ones too. The Diana Ross outfit looked stunning. Love the fur jacket too. Husb has been wearing Sambas for about 50 years 😁😁😁 he hates it when they're high fashion, cos the price goes up 😂 Lovely to see you, great vid, enjoy your Sunday xx😘
Hello my lovely! All those jeans are gorgeous. I’m definitely buying at least two of them. I’m going online after this and do a search of what other goodies are there! Thank you as always for your great inspiration on style. Always a pleasure watching you ❤
From Canada! Thk you for showing well polished everyday clothing, that we can wear any age!!😊 I am 71 and I could wear any of those outfit! Well not the Diana Ross one! 😂 Love the all brown outfit!!! Have a beautiful September day!! 🏵️
Good morning Jess, hope you survived the teenage party! My fave look is the Diana Ross tee one, I do love a slightly rock chick vibe (not that the great DR was rock) 😆 but you know what I mean. I would just wear jeans everyday of my life if I could, why does an item in blue go with absolutely everything, a blue pair of trousers wouldn’t do that - jeans have some kind of magic! Have a great week x
Thank you for this video - all the outfits are beautiful and wearable. I love the brown t-shirt - and I'm delighted it's so affordable (just ordered it)! Can I ask which trainers you're wearing in outfit 5 - are they Gazelles?
Hi lovely, so glad you enjoyed today's video:) I went for the regular length on all the jeans and as you can see that length works for me, I'm 5ft7 and an important half haha for reference:) Good to know though they also do a shorter length for petite Women and long for those taller too x
I love the dark brown jeans and the fur coat. And your hair is beautifully styled! Next week I go for a haircut and you are my example! Have a good week!
Aww I'm flattered Ageeth! Good luck with the haircut, in my experience with this fringe (and many mishaps) is to never have it cut too short! Into your eyes so that will feel too long but then you curl it under and itll flick out once you style it x
Hi! I like the dark wash jeans paired with the khaki top and trench, all the outfits with the brown jeans, the stripes of course and the fur jacket is the absolute winner overall :) I was also wondering, Jessica do you think that it would be wise to invest in a tweed chanel- style cropped jacket this season? You styled yours in different colors so well last year (with jeans as well)! Are they not on the way out now?
Hi Nazeya, so lovely to hear all your favourite outfits, glad you liked the inspiration:) In regards the Chanel style cropped jacket, in my humble opinion I don't think they're ever out of style! I love them:) Because they're such a classic in shape and design I honestly think you could wear one for years and it will always look timeless, so yes a great investment piece. If you're worried if it's not super on trend in any particular season you could just add a hint of another trend with an accessory for example? So if it was me at the moment I'd style it with high-waist jeans and maybe a hint of burgundy with a handbag or belt. Or maybe go with the ladylike trend and add little touches that sum up the Jackie O kind of style. That's the joy of classic pieces like that jacket, there's always a way to make them work for almost every season:)
@@FashionStyleEdit Thank you so much, dear Jessica! ♥️ Will be definitely putting aside money for that gorgeous camel one I have in mind! And it will definitely go soo well with burgundy! 👌
