Yeah, it takes a LOT of people and resources all giving you the same body-positive messaging and showing scientifically backed information to even start coming out of this hole. And until that's happened you feel like you *need* the calorie trackers and the scales to tell if you're making 'progress' or not. I know most people here already know that, but yeah. Just for those who don't.
My grandma always gave us strawberries with milk and sugar and my mom really disapproved because strawberries are already sweet and she didn't want us Kids to have additional sugar with them. I'm from the far north of germany, so obviously bitte scandinavian but we share some customs and cultural things
Dada is a lot easier to say than mama in terms of the use of facial muscles. Babies usually say it despite anything. Don’t worry you guys are doing great ❤
I recently had someone tell me my depression would be cured if I quit all sugar. Little did they know I already struggle to feed my body in general. Thank you for being a judgment free zone.

Not going to lie, I need girlfriends like you in my life 🩷 (platonically of course) The love, appreciation and warmth you both have for each other and others. Truly wish I had this. Jealousy but in the way I can still be happy you both have one another.
I have never seen strawberries with milk but I know my mom(US) grew up eating blueberries and cream(I'm not sure if it was whipped or not) now I want strawberries with milk tho
